Saddest place ever. The hens were all missing feathers, extremely skinny, roosters were sickly looking and one had black crust all over his face, quails were lethargic and sickly, and some chicks had pasty butts. Employee was not friendly at all and place covered in flies. Should be shut down.

Another thanks to Yelp! I found this place.. We found baby chicks that we wanted- They have all the things we need to start up- like beginner poultry kit and feeds for our new chicks! Kit - $45 chicks - $10 each 8lb crumbles - $11 (food) not bad at all! They accept cards, Apple pay is what I used. Parking spots available and nice helpful staff! I recommen! thumbs up!

Wes and his family are great people!! Quality feed for a good price vs the avg store. I bought 5 chickens from them all but one have survived.

I was impressed this store has incredible service, a great selection of high quality feed for , guinea pig, hamsters , rabbits, avian of all species. As well as great quality feed equipment and feed supplies at an exceptional price. It's possibly the best value for the quality of feed, and feeders in the El Monte, and San Gabriel Valley area.

This place is a chicken ladies dream! They have a great selection of chicken breeds that changes on a weekly basis. I had called several places trying to find olive Eggers and or Easter eggers to no avail. This place not only had them but had everything I needed for my new chicks and my laying chickens. Their customer service is amazing. The lady that helped me was not only knowledgeable but friendly and willing to answer all my questions. She was even great with my son which I appreciate because he was really excited and had questions of his own. This will definitely be my new go to place!

We have been going to Wes for years! We got our first chicks years ago. All healthy and good layers. A few years ago we got chicks elsewhere and they did not do as well. Great family business. Very friendly & knowledgeable. We would not go anywhere else!

You need a pet/chicken...? Look no further, they have good selection and everything you need to raise one. The owner/ staff are all very nice and informative. Great prices and good variety with great brands

Cute little feed store that is family owned and operated. We bought 3 chicks from here which were not sexed and it was stayed. Thankfully a YouTube video on how to sex chicks by their wings helped. Only reason I took off a star was due to everyone being able to handle the chicks freely, which isn't good for them with so many people handling them. Otherwise awesome

Wes' is a great pet and feed store! We bought 4 chicks hoping for all hens. We got a rooster which they took back with no problem! They are open on the weekends and very helpful in loading heavy bags into your car. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks Wes' Pet and Feed!
