11/15/2022 11:30 am around, When I went to do wire transfer, none of the front desk clerks asked me if I needed any help. After waiting in a long queue, I finally reached the window, and a lady told me that their manager was very busy and would not help me with any wire transfer service, even though it was business hours now, even though they seemed to have a few idle people inside the window. If you don't do business, why the branch open at here? Please close as soon as possible.I had to go to another branch. As soon as I entered, someone came to me and help, even though he was very busy.Same Wells Fargo Bank, why so different?If any of you are getting hours paid easily for not helping customers, Wells Fargo needs to know how you are treating customers who need help.Zero, so bad they don't even provide service.

The lines are more than 15 people and the staff does nothing to get hundreds out as soon as possible and the air conditioning does not work in this place.

Came to this branch today. Had an appt at 11:00am was 11:15 and no help. The banker that I had appt with was busy with another customer. I saw there was a banker doing nothing. I ask the other banker for help me as the other banker seemed to be really busy helping a customer. He replied "no I can't I have to wait". I waited but still nothing I called the bank to ask is someone else could help me. Once we have got the help. I stated we wanted to replace my lost card, and my wife to change her pin. From the get go we were told that without the pin they cannot help. At all even tho as of my knowledge from other friends who have wells fargo and have gone to this branch have being helped when they forgot their pin. I stated that I have called WELL FARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE CORP and that they say we can get help to reset the pin. The manager Jorge Beach then said he didn't care what they say at the customer service that they are wrong and that by WELLS FARGO policy we had to have the pin to get helped. We went will all the documentation necessary I'd ssn. And he flat out refused. Then as my customer right. I ask for a copy of that policy of WELLS FARGO and he refused and reply "WELLS FARGO has the policy not to show all policies to customer service. Even tho I'm only asking for 1 which I wanted to see on written of such policy and I will comply by it. Mr Jorge then started being rude and yelling loud in front of customers about my recent transactions. And accuse me of doing illegal and suspicious activity because I don't have a formal businesses account with wells fargo. And if I wanted the help by WELLS FARGO policy, I had to let him know what my business is where it is and what employees and answer as many questions he wanted by WELLS FARGO POLICY. ( Which to have a business bit is not necessary to have a business account). Verified by WELLS FARGO at this point. I felt very humiliated and saw their attitude to won't go anywhere.I requested for the manager Jorge Bracy to please çall his supervisor or call the WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE CORP. He said he had no Boss that he is the only Boss there and I either go through him or no one. I decided to call WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER CORP while at the branch to report the issue. When calling WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE CORP. I was advised I was good to go and that they wanted to speak to the manager as I was talking to management WELLS FARGO CORP and they needed to address with him. The call was on speaker and when the manager arrived he just tossed me his business card and told me " I don't want to talk to you nor whoever is on the phone". And walked out even the operator was surprised of his attitude and she apologized for him. When we continue with the banker who didn't want to help me from the beginning mr Steven Lam then WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER CORP called the bank. Which Mr Steven Lam now was covering his manager back by telling the rep that his manager said is a branch discretion. Not only trying to make me look like a lier and I confronted peacefully and told them they never stated that nor even talk about it instead used WELLS FARGO CORP name and apply their own personal policy. After I said that Mr Steven Lam got mad and refused to help me further. Which there is no sign at all displayed anywhere saying " we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". I open a case with WELLS FARGO CORP in hopes this gets corrected. WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER since 2013. We went to another branch and the other branch was able to help without appt. And said that Mr Steven Lam and Mr. Jorge Bracy are wrong there are not such policies to help customers. I am posting their business card in case someone else was treated the same way or worst and was refused to speak to someone higher. Call the WELLS FARGO CORP instead.

Great bank. Good service. Horrible security and management. People park in the red zone all the time to use the ATM blocking the parking lot for other drivers to pass. Always seeing so many car almost crashing. I’ve mentioned this twice on separate occasions to workers that it’s unsafe and a hazard. And no one does anything. Security can see them park when their telling people to wait outside before coming in. Its within 5feet of the building you think they would are about being a liability to others safety.

I have had my account with Wells Fargo for about 2 years and have had nothing but issues with my account. They allowed a check for $150 in February of 2019 I gave someone to be cashed 2 times and then gave me a credit but then in March 2020 they took the money back out and sent me letter with the explanation that there was a "correction to my account and they are sorry for the inconvienence, WHAT THE HELL!!!!!. I went into one branch here in Arizona and they told me a totally different story about another check for $150 that I took into a branch in Virginia before I moved in 12/2019 that was sent to me by my PCP as a refund and they said that they never got payment from Bank of America for that check. SO what story is true, their Corrections and Reconcilement-Adjustment Research Department does not know what the hell they are doing. I advise anyone considering opening an account with Wells Fargo to find another bank. I am still fighting the fight to get my $150 back and will be closing my account with them. I was recently laid off due to Covid 19 so this truly comes at a bad time ;{

Customer and banker together unprofessionally break customer service, which is none of a bank business. A bank's task is to deposit and withdraw related tasks, and not for Latino to hostile other ethnicity inside a bank with the involvement of banker in Mexican city El Monte.

Came here last month to make a deposit in a business account and was told that only by money order or check. Ok, went to get the money order and did deposit. Today I went to the Wells Fargo off of Peck with money order ready and was told that I can deposit in a business account with CASH!, and that Iwas miss informed at the other bank. Please give correct information because it is a waste of time and some money to buy money orders especially when they aren't necessary.
