I never had bad service like this store. I see the deal on Walgreens App and this store have the product I want, but when I check out the cashier told me the price totally different, I show her there App, she called manager and the manager told me “go buy online”. Excuse me? If every body buying product online why we need your store here? Just go close all your Walgreens stores : )Then how you have this job??? Does your manager know that you told retail customer go buying stuff online :) ? Also my friend bought toothpaste and cashier lady said we can’t use the coupon in the Walgreens account! What a fantastic service this store provides! I will not spend even 1 cents here! NEVER COME BACK!

Be careful when purchasing gift cards or better yet don’t buy gift cards from this location. Bought one Starbucks gift card just to find out that it was tampered with. the barcode was scratched off and the pin. Neither Starbucks or Walgreens were able to do “anything about it” even though I had the original receipt with the activation code. It’s ridiculous 60 bucks thrown to the trash.

The appointment was made. He also knew that I was going to test my child. He called me and told me that he could come for the Covid 19 test at any time. Then he told me that he was sorry, but children could not do it?

Worst Walgreens you can go to manager and employees are completely rude I had an incident happen were one of the employees was rude to me and I brought it to the manager attention and all he said was okay he didn't do anything. Don't recommend this Walgreens

This pharmacy is SO SLOW. They only have one person working and are untimely about appointments. They do not provide any instruction and let their patients just sit in their waiting area. If we didn't say anything, we'd probably be sitting there all day. This is very disappointing. As a well established pharmacy with many locations, their service should be better. If you're trying to get a vaccine, I recommend going somewhere else.

The person who helped me at the pharmacy has black hair, teeth that stick out a little, and is very angry. Today he scolded me again because I asked him for my son's medicine first and then I asked for mine. He tells me why don't you order them together and I was shocked! On another occasion he scolded me because I asked for both mine and my son's medicines together, he is always in an ugly mood with a bad attitude and on other occasions he was scolding an elderly person, and another to deliver the medication they make you spin ?

I loved this Walgreens because they were very helpful and with a smile., one especially her name was JOSIE she just went out of her way to help me find a product i could not find on my own Which makes my shopping experience alot better and less stressful.. we will definitely come back here to shop. Thank you Walgreens for your great customer service.

This needs an option for no stars. Every time I go to this Walgreens I'm disappointed. I went looking for medicine for my son, I checked online before going and it said it was available there. I looked for a while on my own since I don't like bothering staff unless I really can't find something myself. I checked the sides of the aisles and I just couldn't find it. The cashier knew I needed help but wouldn't help me. I finally approached an employee nearby stocking aisles and tried asking him for the item. He kept cutting me off, not letting me finish my question, just telling me an aisle and go to the back. I was worried because my son needed medicine, stressed because I had been looking for a while and couldn't find it and he was being rude. I can't stand people who are rude when asked to do something that is their job, I wasn't even being rude about it. Finally until I spoke a little louder to tell him he wasn't letting me finish my question he got helped. It wasn't in stock and went to cvs where they are always kinder, helpful and luckily had what I needed.

If I could give ZERO STARS, then I would. I made a COVID vaccine booster appointment for 11:45AM. I was there early at 11:20AM, and still did not get seen until 12:26PM. They only had one pharmacy technician (ANNA) doing check ins, and apparently they only had one pharmacist who could administer the vaccines. I have visited many Walgreens stores but this one was the worst! The wait times are atrocious especially if you've made an appointment in advance. I will not return here again, very disappointed.

Very polite. A lil slow but they have many customers at pharmacy. People have to realize that this area has a lot of homeless in immediate area.
