We got our water resistant flooring from them and love the quality and color and style. So far in two weeks we have been getting many compliments on the floors. They're easy to work with and we purchased and next day it was ready for pick up.

Terrible place it says open at 8:30 but they don't give the orders for the pick-ups until 9:00 o'clock and when time is money you know. you as a customer loose

Not a great company in the long run. They were very helpful initially with our order. However, we ran into problems on the installation and the paint removing easily. Also, some of the tongues were reversed. Fortunately we used those in a closet. They sent out this old man to do an inspection and he didn't even inspect the correct wood. He inspected wood installed 10 years ago instead of the new stuff we just ordered. Wouldn't listen when we tried to tell him. When we tried to call the main office to explain they wouldn't listen either and just hung up on us. Poor quality product. We wish now we had just removed the old product and started new with a better wood and more reputable company.

we were remodeling our house back in 2018 and one of the items we're changing was the floor. We were introduced to several flooring stores, however, the only one that stood out and impressed us the most was Tropical Flooring. Tropical did a step further by explaining the pros and cons of each flooring category and collection. Unlike the sales guys from the other stores that I worked with, their sales guy was very friendly, eager to help and listening to our needs and made some recommendations of what would work best for our house. In addition, the store had a very wide variety of products to choose from. Tropical Flooring definitely has my recommendation !!

After shopping around myself at first, my contractor led me to Tropical Flooring to pick something out for my remodel. I wanted to replace my carpet and was looking for something that would work continuously from my living room to the kitchen and laundry room as well. The sales associate who helped me out suggested SPC flooring. After looking into it a bit more and shopping around, I was sold and went back a second time to pick a color. Not only did Tropical Flooring have a more contemporary selection than most of their competitors, but the sales associate and warehouse staff were attentive and extremely patient for someone who wasn't sure what he wanted. Shopping for flooring can be intimidating! I was also shocked at how much lower their pricing was compared to some of the bigger-name stores that I stopped by at. Just completed my installation and I couldn't be happier. All in all, awesome products and lovely people!

I am a flooring retail who buys wood flooring from Tropical Flooring. This company is outstanding in their customer service and product. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want at the price that fits your budget. I recently received a shipment that the delivery company had damaged some boxes, they did not even blink when I told them and immediately sent me the new boxes which I received in one day. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

I remodeled my whole first floor due to the leak in 2013, and researching wood floor store with my hired designer. I was drawn to this store because of the knowledgeable customer service and friendliness. I later found out their price was very competitive and my designer was very happy with their wide selection of choices of hardwood, engineering, laminate, vinyl etc. We ended up choosing the solid Manchuria walnut and it had been over 5 years and the wood floors still look new, durable and easily maintained. We can't be happier with our selection, quality and price we got. We definitely will buy from this store again for our future remodeling.

I've recently taken a friend to Tropical Flooring, their new warehouse looks great. The owner was very friendly and the rest of the staff was helpful. The last time I went to Tropical Flooring was 7 years ago and I was redesigning my house floors. The wood still looks like new after all these years. The wood we purchased is strong and good quality. Tropical Flooring is my top choice because of it's reasonable price points and large selections. I'm very happy with the flooring and have had lots of compliments from it. We remodeled the entire house from the upstairs floor, bedrooms, and stairs.

I ran across this flooring store in Yelp and wanted to share my opinion and past experience about this store. I replaced the whole first floor in my house from carpet to Acacia engineering wood floor over 5 years ago. I've been very happy with the quality, the look and feel of this wood floor until now. The wood floor still looks very new, just like the first time I have them installed. They are very durable and doesn't require any maintenance. I ended up buying from this store was because of their wide selections of wood floors, the professionalism and the hospitality of the staffs who helped me at that time. I trusted that store and their price was very reasonable too. I will definitely return to this store for my next home improvement project.
