Don’t come here to often because it’s a bit far out for me but every time I’ve came they’ve always been so helpful and attentive to what you need. Definitely a dope spot to get your barber supply’s it’s worth the drive every time I go

horrrrrible shop!!!! do not come here!!!! I drove an hour away just to come here and get some much needed supplies and they're closed early!!!! I just talked to the guy an hour ago!!!! he neeeeeeeever said anything about them closing earlyyyyy!!!! horiblly ran business right here!! and then you have all these businesses struggling to get by, begging to open and then you have these guys!!!! never ever will i even try to come to this horrible place again!!!! These super unprofessional business owners need to figure out their stuff!! two different times on the front door, a different closing time on Yelp!! AND ANOTHER DIFFERENT CLOSING TIME ON GOOGLE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY PROBABLY WILL CLOSE BEFORE YOU CAN GET HERE!!!! Read the reviews, I just did after posting this and there are multiple bad reviews stating the same thing!! LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!!

Went in for gloves came out with a new custom Gold Magic clip and the grey andis cordless Masters... they are expensive but that's why we do what we do to be the best and on top of our game.. thanks shout out to the plug...

If I can save you time and money, PLEASE DO NOT send your stuff to The Plug. Its took him 3 weeks to finish the color change of my clippers when he told me a week at the most. Brand new wireless masters that I gave him to color and now it's been 2 months later and my master dont even turn on no more, this place is trash. Oh dont let me forget that the other person that I went with had his blades done and he sharpened the wrong side

Very unprofessional. I'm disappointed! Looking at those comments from people who live far and come to this shop but they always close, I feel bad for them and I now can understand what they mean. I texted them on instagram before coming here, they told me they'd be at the store around 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm. I came exactly at 12:30 pm, texted them I was there and they left me on seen. I waited for 30 mins, nothing happened, no one was there to open the shop, they didn't reply me back telling me anything like not to wait or expect waiting time. Worst customer service, high price and unprofessional.

I drove super far to see that they were closed but that it was suppose to be open not only that, I left them messages on messages asking a simple question before I made that drive. I'm f&$@*in heated you guys have no clue. F*%k this place . Very unprofessional for a business. Won't ever go back, I'll take my business elsewhere.
