Great service and very affordable pricing. Benny goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and that the job gets done right. If anything is wrong, Benny will make sure to make the situation right. I have had my cars serviced at Tech 1 and now Tech 2 for over 10+ years now. Thanks for the great service!

It's not the first time that I go to this shop but today the mechanic was so rude. Will never go back to this place. His condescending treatment killed it today. He should keep in mind that when women show up at their shop they also have brothers, fathers, cousins that will know his attitude towards women sucks! He was talking to me about my car then a man showed up and went straight to him to show him I don't know what. I just drove off so he can keep catering to men on his misogynistic business.

Reasonable price. Honest and trust worthy mechanic, Ben. I drive an hour just to get my oil change here. Usually open from 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday. I like to call ahead just to see if he has time to work on my car for whatever needs. The lot can get pretty busy but it's worth coming here. He had a smaller shop Auto Tech #1, now he has more space at Auto Tech #2.

I've gone to Ben for years until I got a new car with warranty. He is the best and knows what he's doing, fair prices that can't be beat. I highly recommend him over any other place including a dealership.

Took my Lexus GX470 to another shop to put on skid plates. They wouldn't do it because I had three bolts that were broken in the frame and they couldn't remove them. Called a dozen shops and found Ben! He removed the bolts and installed the skid plates in no time! A great shop, honest deal, honest guy, and did the work well. I'll definitely be back.

o5.1o.2o22 This was the autoshop Brenda from Autozone told me about. She said they order parts from them all the time and they're very reasonable. So, I decided to swing by around 8:30am even thought they usually operates starting at 9am. I had decided to come here instead of driving 30mins to the dealership because it just didn't seem safe to drive. Apparently, the gate was open when I got there so I just pulled in to the lot. One of the mechanics were there to get ready for open. His name is Andy. He said he starts earlier so he can leave earlier. He asked me to call the owner, Ben, to see if he's ok on checking my car today. I asked if it was too early to call him though and what if he's still sleeping? Andy laughed and said yeah, he comes in late and leaves late, sleeps late too so we don't usually call him in the morning. And I am like...and you're asking me to call him slightly past 8:30am? Funny guy! Well, I waited until after 9am to call just in case. Lol Luckily, he picked up my stranger call. I told him about the report from Autozone and that they referred me. He said he'll have his son take a look when he comes in. Momentarily, Tony came in and tells me the report doesn't have the details and that he will need to run the scanner and assessment fee is $89. It's already cheaper than the dealership so I am down for that. He told me it will take a few hours but I just waited there bc I can't really go anywhere without a car and I do not recommend walking around the neighborhood. I am not brave enough to. Haha. I waited until past 1pm and my husband came to pick me up. Then we did some errands and decided to get some lunch and found this Shabu place! Stay tune for the next review. I called back around 5pm to check on the status and it was ready for pick up. I think it was Andy the picked up but later knowing he leaves at 5pm then it must have been Ben. He explained to me what the possible issue was that caused the signs my car had. He said I didn't need any parts replaced (which that saved me at least $500 I would say). They really went all out trying to diagnose and solve it. Ben already noticed my car was ceramic coated and that was one of the first things he asked me when I went to pick up the car. I told him, yeah, my husband did it. Then those two had a whole freaking conversation about that and wrapping the car bc he got a new Tesla X. And he asked my husband to send him the link to purchase the products my husbands uses. Lol I don't know if I am revealing too much at this point. My husband details car as a hobby when he has time just in case anyone is interested! Lol Ben also was telling us they used to be Tech 1 but it got too small so they moved here. They've been in business for 22 years. They don't have many mechanics bc they want to maintain the quality of their work and never try to charge more just bc someone else has a nicer car, that they treat everyone equal, quote the same way. He said he only works part time now and they try not to take new customers bc they're so busy. He said I got lucky hah! Well, with what had happened thr entire, I'd say I was pretty lucky. At least I saved hundreds!

I took my 2000 Honda Accord for oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid flush and change as well as replace the front rotors and pads on 03/07/22. They did an excellent job and Ben took care of me well. To whomever worked on the vehicle, couldn't be happier. The brakes and transmission were well overdue as the brakes had to be pressed more to engage them and that put me uneasy prior to taking it to Tech #2. They made the brakes feel like new and I can now sleep that the trans fluid is new and the oil change has been done. Highly recommend as I will be going back again soon to take my '02 525i for brake adjustment.

Just took my car to get serviced and they were friendly and easy to work with. Called in advance and they took my car for an inspection as soon as I arrived. Price is decent as well for each service. Would recommend coming back.

Ben helped me out with my inspection and car registration. During the inspection if there is not that many people he will go through with you each thing on the scanner telling you what is good and what is bad on the car. Thorough job on the inspection and I was grateful he went over everything with me. When I saw some things on the scanner, any questions asked will be answered. Very reasonable with his prices and genuinely nice guy !

I really appreciate the way Ben conducts business. He works really well to give me a good idea of the work that needs to happen on my car and the quotes he provides are reasonable! I've been visiting Ben's auto shop for a few years now and i am very happy with his service and business. I recommend people to visit him when i have a chance if they're in need of car repairs and I'm happy to see business is good for them.
