I had the opportunity to work with Robin and his team for some security cameras I was looking to install but needed some advice. Originally I was debating between easier DIY options such as Ring, Eufy etc however decided to reach out and schedule an appointment so I can make a final decision which route to go.When I first called Robin was out of town and not available however he did inform me when he would be back. This was not an issue to me since I did not need anything immediately. Soon as he was back in town I received communications from him right away and we scheduled a site survey. Upon his arrival we walked around my house and he looked at every angle around the home, answered all my questions and made some recommendations for me. The same day I received a quote with detailed information about the equipment that will be installed and I decided to move forward. Within a few days we schedule another appointment for the install and Robin came over with his crew to go over everything once again with me. The installers were top notch and very detailed, at the same time cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. Then at the end they even taught me how to use the equipment and remote app.A day or so later I had some issues with one of the cameras and without hesitation Robin came out twice to help me resolve the problem right away. First time to diagnose and second to replace the camera. Since then everything has been working flawlessly. My experience from beginning to end was exceptional and I would not hesitate going back to Super Matrix for all my security needs. I would highly recommend without a doubt and they are a pleasure to work with!

SuperMatrix responded to our security needs recently quickly and efficiently. They charged reasonably, and communicated with us in timely manner. They answered all our questions and understood our our needs. I dealt regularly with Robin Liu, the proprietor, and found him easy to do communicate with and to do business with. Will consult his company with all our future needs.

It was very easy to contact Robin. He came out for a complimentary inspection to see what we wanted and where we could put the cameras. His explanations were great, and he is responsive even after you decide to purchase. The people setting up the equipment are professional and good at explaining how to use the app.

I started with four cameras. I, then, increased it to 8 & now, I'm up to 12. So, I've used Super Matrix 3 times. Robin and his team are VERY professional. They showed up on time... every time. From showing up ready & on time to reasonable prices, adding cameras, increasing memory, drilling, running and conceiling wires, working fast and efficient, down to briefing me on how to record if needed, it obvious they know. Three thumbs up for this company.

Robin responded quickly. No one else responded as quickly as he did. He came out to the house and looked at what needed to be done. He said he would go back to the shop and send me an estimate. It was so fast and easy..at first! He sent me the quote and said possibly Wed.. I was so excited that it was going to be done so fast. THEN! all of a sudden Wed. was no longer available. He said he had jobs to do all day that week and the next. I told him to let me know when he would be available, his response was 2 week or " week after next" Now, let me tell you about my job, it was small and probably would not have taken more than a couple of hours (if that) I had my cameras up already I just wanted them moved (they were hidden) 2-3 inches and to put up 2 more cameras. I GUESS THE JOB WAS TO SMALL FOR HIM EVEN AT THE PRICE HE WAS CHARGING ME. I feel because I wasn't buying his equipment and having him install everything he was passing on helping me at the last minute! I told him I would WAIT until he had time but that didn't happen. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY " THE PHRASE NO JOB IS TO SMALL DOES NOT APPLY WITH THIS MAN. He has an installation company but you have to buy everything from him and have him install it so it takes all day. So much, for helping the less fortunate, who had their own equipment and needed extra help. I had the money and the time to wait for him. I guess that wasn't enough

Very professional and easy to deal with. Communication with Robin was great. I had four security cameras installed and they did an excellent job. Ozzie and Ricardo installed the equipment, and they work clean and efficiently. Competitive prices too. Highly recommended!

Robin was great! Responds quickly and came out to my house to give me a quote asap. Install went smooth and we love the cameras. Video is clear! We wanted continuous recording without having to charge the cameras all the time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends! Cost is affordable and definitely worth the investment!

I needed to upgrade my DVR system at my small business. I was originally looking at Lorex and Swann systems, but reviews showed they weren't long term solutions. I then found Robin who came out to survey, and we were able to lock a deal that fit my budget within the week. He installed 16 channel 4k cameras all around and they are crystal clear night and day. Can even zoom in and read license plates. The mobile app works like a breeze as well. Highly recommend SuperMatrix for any camera business solutions.

Robin is pretty helpful and professional. He helped me install cameras for my house to start with. They showed up on time on the scheduled day. On top of that, they explained patiently how to use the app for the security cameras. Whenever I have a question about any issues or functions, he always get back to me. I was really satisfied with the work so I asked them to help me with my store cameras as well. They have different quality cameras and usually provide you stickers/signs needed for window. At the end the of the service, they also provide you an invoice. The cameras also have warranty. I would totally recommend them.

The cameras they installed are excellent. I am the HOA president and reached out to them to have 9 cameras installed throughout our community. I got several quotes and they had the best prices despite the competitors trying to match them. My only critique is that they were a bit unclear what was needed on the day off installation. I had to call spectrum to replace the POE switch installed and an electrician had to install an outlet in a new location. It would be helpful to have them check these things ahead of time. It was a minor inconvenience though and Robin worked with me to get it all resolved quickly. Overall, the company deserves 5 stars for getting the work done quickly, economically, and with great quality!
