The exterior clean is very nice. The interior however, not so great. I inside handles of the car were not cleaned. The area around the start button was not cleaned. And the interior vacuum was ok at best. I still found food and paper pieces under my seats. When I give a 20% tip on top of the high price of the car wash package, I expect no food to be left in my car and for the areas that are frequently touched to be wiped down. I'll drive further out for better service.

This car wash is terrible. My car was damaged by them. There is something wrong with their machine. The car cannot be washed clean. It also makes your car even dirtier. The service is terrible.

This car wash has the worst service in California. Worst car wash ever. The water didn't even wipe me clean. The car has not been cleaned, and many areas on the glass have not been cleaned. I asked the car washer to clean it up, but they ignored me. I even asked the boss to come over and take a look!

this place is TRASH. they charge the price of a hand wash for basically a tunnel wash and a VERY sloppy vacuum pass.

Went yesterday to wash my car and asked the attendant if he can vaccum my seats and rug really good because the rear window was replaced and pieces of glass keep appearing. He did a great job nice.

My seats were not vacuumed at all I asked for them to vacuum them and they did not want to do it so I did it myself

Terrible job! It looked like they only dusted the rugs and vacuumed the floors. The middle console still had crumbs and found multiple white spots.
