Excellent quality prompt service... Took my girlfriend daughter's car in for an oil change. They were able to service the car without much wait. Afterwards they notified me of the damaged motor mounts and were able to offer me a reasonable price for the repair. The end result is positive. The car is running better than before and the report is that it does not tremble anymore now that the motor mounts have been replaced... I am thankful I chose this place for car service for someone important to me. I would definitely take my own car here for service.

The service attitude of the boss and employees is not good. If you are not buying or repairing a car there and just want to ask him for a check, usually there is no need to discuss attitude issues.

I don't leave bad reviews unless it's a really bad establishment. For those who bring your vehicle to this place regularly, I feel sorry for you. They have ways to make you coming back; rough idling is one of them. I took my car in and James quoted 800 and then called me back a few days saying that he found another problem and asked if I want to fix it. I had no choice and agreed. However, he called again and wanted more. I knew I got sucked in but I determined to take the car back. Long story short. I asked a friend and replaced ignition coils myself, not easy but doable. Parts only costs less than $170, and the car has been running well and passed smog. You be the judge.

Do not let the BMW/European Car specialist sign fool you. These guys are not half as capable as they market themselves to be. I dealt with Israel (general manager/boss) and he sure likes to market himself. He claims to have worked at a BMW dealership and knows all the ins and outs of BMWs, etc.I ask him if he can work on cars that I provide parts for and he agrees. So I tow my BMW 740i there that is pretty messed up and pay the diagnostic fee. They write an amateur estimate with parts need and the prices that were obviously marked up. He convinces me that the car is not worth it to fix; however, in hindsight, it was probably just because he did not have the expertise to fix the car properly. Also probably why he purposely inflated the estimate costs.Services: Auto body & trim repair
