Terrible management, contacted Manager Maria due to error sign on washer, was told "If I didn't have enough money to wash else where" Eventually washer was restarted by on duty staff, however another issue occurred washer started halfway through cycle, soap dispensed at last rinse, when informing Maria she then questioned me asking how much money I had then proceeded to say "I can go find money and test out every washer." On duty staff stated she spoke to Maria and was told owner would be arriving. Speaking to Maria for a 3rd time regarding owner she said "I lied your just going to figure it out on your own."

Very clean facility and a lot of machines. Top loading washers and 3 different sizes of side loading washing machines. Along with two walls of dryers. 3$ for top loading, 4$,5$ and $8.50 for the side loading washers. Dryers are 25 cents for 9 minutes. There is a machine that you can get coins from as well as detergent. There's also a very clean bathroom. There's also a PokeStop within range if you play Pokemon Go and want to wait for your laundry.

DONT know why so many negative comments and those people still come back. It's funny. This is THE ONLY place in El Monte/South El Monte that's ALWAYS clean. The temperature of the water is Great. Dryers work well. Mari the cleaning lady is Super nice, helpful and Hard worker. She maintains the place so clean. Please don't believe the negative comments. I honestly been coming here since my daughter was 8-9 years old she's now 18.

Worst Laundromat in El Monte. Overpriced and poor quality machines. Single load machines are $3.00. Hot water is never available in this facility, this is my 3rd time coming. I used 4 different washing machines and selected "hot water" for all of them and the water was hardly even warm. In the midst of a PANDEMIC the most guaranteed way to kill is with HOT WATER. And when I asked for a refund the manager refused. Worst customer service. There's a handful of laundrymats in the area, I recommend going to any other but this one.

It's ok very clean the lady here is nice. The prices are high though. I would've gave it a 5 star rating, but the prices are really high.

This place is so expensive. The washers stain your white clothes. The dryers only give 7 minutes per quarter and they don’t even dry properly.

Worst place ever! Super expensive. It charges a dollar over other landromats in the area. At first I was like okay it is probably a better place so I didn't mind until I put my clothes to dry. I put about six or seven dryers to work. Out of that I ended up with 50 % of my clothes wet after 3 quarters. Btw most places give u 10 min per quarter but here is 9. So not only is it expensive the dryers don't work. There was another person that complaint and the owner didn't care about it and left. The attendant was on the phone while cleaning. Crappy place.

It's nice and clean and a little empty. But it's just too small and VERY EXPENSIVE. I go to the one in south gate on a weekly basis but I came to this one today because its next to my job so it was easier, but I ended up paying double what i spend at the other one. The regular size machines are $3.50 and the bigger ones are $4.50. The dry is .25 for 9 min. For 2 loads today, I spent $11. I usually spend $6 at south gate. Very expensive

The location and building is very clean and nice, but just to wash a regular load is $2.50..... won't be back.

Says 24 hours but just came here at 9:35PM the door is locked and signed closed at 9PM
