“I first purchased a pair of dancing shoes online. As it didn't meet my expectation, I contacted them and they agreed to exchange for me. As I also discovered I was living close to their location, I also request to extend my exchange time to save my shipping fee. So far, their customer service was pretty good. They have a very big office with large variety of choices besides shoes, they do have dancing costumes. As for shoes, it's hard to buy the right size unless we could try them on. They do have pre-owned shoes at a discounted price. My new ones really fit me good now.”
“Very nice store, super clean. Very friendly customer service. Huge variety of cowboy boots. And, just boots in general. Very large selection of cowboy apparel. Large variety of shirt's. They also have a large selection of belts and belt buckles. There is also plenty of cowboy hats. There are a couple of selections of sports coats that are really nice. The prices are reasonable. Some things are pricey, but it's worth the value in quality.”
