PUMP #10 is the gas pump I used at this shell station and the pump I think had the tampered card machine. Pumping gas here was the only transaction I made on my card for a couple weeks before I noticed fraudulent transactions trying to be made with my debit card info. I reported it to my bank and they immediately cancelled that card and sent me a new one. Wouldn’t trust this spot again.

The customer service is the worst! They try to make you feel stupid! They are so unhelpful. There were two women. Only one working and the other standing there just looking at me and flirting with a man! They are so rude!!!

This place has one of the worst people working for them. Their washer code was invalid, I asked the guy what should I do? And he gave me an attitude. Told me to wait with a dumas look on his face. What a stupid old man. Been going to this place for gas for a while now. Guess they have any garbage working for them now.

Female employee with red hair is really rude and has an attitude and there been an issue with that employee before idk why they don't fire her she doesn't deserve to be getting paid just for being rude

The cashier with red hair was in a bad mood. I asked where are lids for cups and she said they are at end of corner and what was there is all that they have. She need training in customer service.

I came by tonight to get gas, but the pumps weren't letting me use my Fuel Rewards account. The one clerk inside the store wasn't helpful, and the other clerk was outside with her friends getting high. Service has become terrible at this Shell; I don't plan on coming here any longer.

Went yesterday morning to pump gas there was a lady before me trying to pump gas as well and she had a food 4 less voucher or coupon, Mayra told her she couldn't used it so the lady asked for my help and I told her that she always uses it here, when taking care of the lady she was on her phone saying "I don't know why they don't think I speak Spanish it's so d**** and starts laughing the whole time she took care of her she was on her cell phone and business phone, it was my turn I had a 100 Dollar bill and wanted to pump 75 dollars she then proceeds to tell me I don't have change I only needed 25 dollars back. So I left to give my business to mobile and most likely won't be coming back to this shell. Mayra is a very rude person and has no customer service, I work in a restaurant and I know how to deal with rude customers and offer great customer service, she needs some pointers

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. I've come to this shell thee times and all three times, the attitude of the employees are ridiculous. Don't come here if you want the rest of your day to feel miserable.

i've had two bad experiences here, particularly with a female employee. first time she put my money into the wrong pump and proceeded to blame me for saying the wrong pump number. the second time she as well as another male employee treated me and my family disrespectfully when we asked about how to fill a propane tank. the male employee followed us outside to continue talking after we left the building and then told us "happy chinese new year." mind you we aren't chinese and that was totally uncalled for.

Cheapest Gas in town only thing I don't understand is the store hours open 24/7 because this store tend to close randomly. For like 3-4hrs before reopening semi-frustrated this happened to me more than once, had to drive to closest Shell which is on Pellissier Pl. other side of Peck Rd.

the worst gas station!!!!!!!!!! They will steal and not tempt to help!! I used a gift card here yesterday at 6am they happened to be closed and the pumps where locked so I remove my card. When I stopped by again today my card was declined. I checked the statement balance and it said Shell -$50 i called the gas station A RUDE INDIVIDUAL ANSWERED DIDNT LET ME TALK AND AS I WAS EXPLAINING HE SAID I WAS LYING THAT IT WAS INPOSSIBLE I SAID THATS WHY I AM CALLING AFTER SCREAMING AT ME AND NOT LETTING ME TALK HE HUNG UP. I contacted someone else and they said they will file the complain for me. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!
