I’ll never take my BMW anywhere else but here! Clement and Peter are excellent mechanics—they are honest and only fix what needs to be done without price gouging like others. They will keep contact the entire time your vehicle is there and update you as they go. What I appreciate most is that they use all genuine BMW parts and will show you and explain what’s wrong with your car. They are BMW specialists and extremely knowledgeable about these types of cars. My car had numerous problems after I bought it from a scammer on the street. I brought it here for repairs, and it turned out the timing chain was completely broken and the turbo was failing. Clement really went above and beyond to fix my car, even doing part of the work for free just to get it running again. I truly can’t believe people can be this kind and caring. Now my car drives like new. They have gained a customer for life! I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much!

Very good and fast service. The boss is a nice guy and they show you the old/broken parts of your car after they fix it, so then you know that parts in your car now is new and well maintained

Clemm was responsive to my message on Sunday and told me to bring the car in Monday to get looked at. Got the car towed in and Clemm inspected it right away and after a little bit told me the diagnosis and showed me the issue. He priced it and said it would be ready the next day. He messaged at the end of the day and said it could be picked up tomorrow morning when they open. Got the car and no more issue, coolant leak.

Clement know his Bimmers, replaced control arms that I suspected were going bad but other mechanics MISSED and a couple of other related repairs for a reasonable but believable price. Had the car in and out in less than a day! Thank you SGV , the 3 hour drive from Hemet was worth it???

Went to the dealership for a minor leak and walked out with a bill for $10,188.00. Was almost tempted to get rid of my bimmer. Messaged SGV Bimmer and got a reply instantly. Clemen and his staff were great. They diagnosed and found all the issues the dealership found and gave me a breakdown of what I really needed done. They basically did all the suggested repairs and more. Replaced all the parts with genuine bmw parts or upgraded aluminum parts which are far better than the plastic parts that came originally. As they did the work, they noticed my poor DIY skills and fixed and installed it correctly with no additional charge. I basically paid a fraction of the cost if I were to take it to the dealership (less than half). When I picked up the car, the engine bay was cleaned and no splatters of leaking blue coolant or oil in sight! If I have any future car issues, I'll definitely skip the dealership and take it back to SGV Bimmer. Thank you Clemen!!!

My first time to SGV Bimmer had a check engine light on and Clement repaired it at no cost. He said it was good will treatment for a old car 2000 528i ! Rare that any of these auto repair places still exists these days. Excellent professional and honest treatment.
