This pharmacy sucks I went to the ER to get better with the meds .the pharmacy said I will deliver at 4 they never came today still so I got to go pick them up main pharmacy better they deliver with no problem

Had been using them for a couple of years for delivery as they more or less accomplished their fundamental function of getting me my prescription...most of the time. As has happened multiple times in the past I called when my prescription didn't show up and after 20 minutes on hold I am transferred to the pharmacist, who promptly informed me they no longer deliver outside 20 miles. Unprofessional to not inform someone they won't be receiving service until they call you after it was supposed to be rendered. Not to mention rather odd as their main branch is 11 miles away but hey maybe they are trying to reduce their clientele. I naturally requested to come in person to have my prescription filled so I don't go an entire week without my daily medication, where I was rudely interrupted and told that's not possible, we can only void the prescription. Pardon me if I'm failing to understand something but if someone shows up in person to fulfill a prescription that should be in line with being in business as a pharmacy no? I mean...that's why they exist right? Feels like a basic function they are failing at...The best part is when I informed my provider they are no longer able to fulfill prescriptions for me, it turns it they hadn't even informed their member clinics that they now have this policy. If you've read this far, and still plan to use them, no judgement. Everyone has a reason and can make their own choice. But maybe this can help one or two people out there avoid the stress of using this place. I'm all for supporting small pharmacies but they need to act like a pharmacy that handles prescriptions, many of which patients require to be functional.

6/2/22 Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I came to fill my prescription here after my main pharmacy didn't have my bronchitis medication in stock. When I turned in my prescription the technician said they did have it in stock, Then she came back and said The pharmacist told her that I have to go to my main pharmacy, so I asked to speak to the pharmacist. But instead of the pharmacist coming I over hear another technician saying "okay I will deal with him" . Excuse me ? I asked to speak to a pharmacist not a technician. She then proceeded to tell me they don't have the medication in stock, But the first girl told me you did have it?" She then says "oh I don't know who you spoke to she's new" while the girl is standing right behind her trying to make her look bad. The main pharmacist at the time was Joe. And when Joe finally came out to talk to me I asked him for his name and he gave me an attitude and said "Why do you need it ?" What an awful excuse for a pharmacy. I already contacted the board as well. Please avoid this place at all times and if you pick up medications here Im sorry you have to deal with these people. So unprofessional.

apparently they "lost" my grandmothers pain medication!!! a controlled substance is randomly missing and my grandma is in pain!!! how?! this needs to be investigated! they are no help! avoid this place at all cost! will be filing a compliant with the california state board of pharmacy!

I stayed home to get my medication delivered and they never sent it out, didn’t call me or anything. The place I live at the properly manager is excellent at getting our mail, I never missed a package in the last 3 years I’ve been here. They would have known if the package had came for sure or if any attempts had been made. I’ve been waiting patiently for about a week and now this Pharmacy telling me they won’t be able to send it out. I don’t understand why the lady on the phone is being rude about it, I’m the one that haven’t received my package. I should be the one upset. Anyways, I’m just going to transfer pharmacies, this one wasting people time and they’re disrespectful.

I hate dealing with these people. The whole point of their services is convenience yet there's nothing convenient about them. They arrive whenever they want any day they want and give you whatever they want!!! There was a time they were missing half of my order. There was numerous times they went to an old address and did not even bother to contact me. Finally they decided to show up at my address without any notice or phone call or anything ( always at different times) a month before they were supposed to and I had a zero idea because like I said they never give any notice so when I finally ran out of all medication and had my doctor refill and called them because I had a feeling it was going to be some BS again. At first they were trying to tell me that I'm not even supposed to get my medication because I should " still have it left" . I proceeded to tell them that my doctor just gave me a refilll . Then they came out saying the driver went to deliver my order a month ago and just anytime I guess and I wasn't home and he just left ?!?! I live in a huge apartment building where are you need a code to get through the door instead of giving me a call they literally just left.... After fighting with these people on the phone they told me him they will deliver my medication before 10 PM and it's already passed , and here I am sitting around with no medication withdrawing and tomorrow it's going to be so much worse thank you Santa Maria pharmacy ! For your kindness and convenience.

This pharmacy will try to charge you for medication regardless if you already know you your insurance or medical covers it. I do not know if they are properly trained or don't really look it up in the system all they will say is "your insurance doesnt cover it". just something i thought should be noted so we dont get taken advantage of.

Just so-so. The delivery service is cool but they contract with an outside company and the drivers arrive either very late or very early without any heads up. It was fine when I was stuck at home during 2020 but I work now and having to wait for a random delivery that might just not show up is not really an option. Seems like inter-office communication is an issue. Always kind on the phone but definitely not a very professional operation. Unfortunately I’m going to switch pharmacies to somewhere that works for my schedule.

Rude af ? old ran down place. Jessica at counter was rude and rolled her eyes at me I just answered the question she asked and she told me I gave her the wrong information. My 1st and last time here I was told my meds were going to be delivered the next day and NOPE.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE EVERYONE IS CONFUSED ONE STAFF MIGHT SAY YOUR MEDS ARE READY FOR PICK UP THE OTHER SAYS NO ITS NOT ! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE! A WHILE BACK THEY DID SAY ONE OF MY MEDS WASNT COVERED I CALL MY INSURANCE WHICH IT WAS AND THEY CONTACTED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERENT BILLING CORRECTLY. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! MEDS GET DELIVERED SO LATE AT NIGHT
