Read before going for tire installation. Went as soon as the store opened to get two tires installed. Was told by the associate it would take about 2-3 hours which is fine. So I waited around and after not receiving a call after 3 hours have passed I go and check on my car which I see is barely getting pulled in. I then leave and come back an hour later after still not receiving a call and get told that the guy who was going to work on my car went on lunch. After 5 whole hours of waiting my car finally gets the TWO tires installed. Save your time and go somewhere else. Also saw people who had appointments and asked for their keys back after waiting too.

The worst tire installation services at any of the Sam's Club I've been too. The workers inside the shop and the tire appointment Service Center both have poor customer service.After our experience, we will definitely not come back to this location .

Sam's Club El Monte management id a disaster from Angela to Kelly and Kenny very condescending, rude and uneducated customer service. Be aware very horrible service. Upon placing a pick up order I had checked in and suddenly on Sam's Club app was stated items were picked up. I had to walk to in request to speak to management out came Kenny (Assistant Manager) to Kelly and then to Angela all disappear in back for 20 minutes, refuse to do anything or even apologize. I explained your employee(s) SHOULD NEVER EVER MARK AN ORDER PICKED UP AS CUSTOMER NEVER RECEIVED IT. Then came Angela rude and disgruntle manager threaten and mentioned go ahead report it to customer service I do not care. Never ever return to this Sam's Club, should train employees and manager better

I just wanna give the workers at Sam's Club Elmonte a big shoutout for going the extra mile for the customer . We needed some frozen fish that was in the middle of a freezer boxed. My husband and I wittnessed them to pull at least 7 forklifts of products to get to the frozen fish we needed so desperately. They never complained and just smiled through it all. Thank you for your great attitudes and your great customer service. I didn't get your names, but I got a picture y'all!!

Tres leches cake was a HIT! I didn't even know that they had a tres leches option but they asked and was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. I ordered in advance and pick up was easy too. My only issue was the cake was too heavy for the encasing which slipped open when I drove be to my destination, cake in tow. Not too smashed and still presentable but the packaging needs to be more sturdy. The flavor was amazing, it was moist and just right. Not too sweet and the filling was really preserves made from strawberries

I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. Compared to Costco, I feel prices are a tad higher here, but when I factor in the less crazy this place is and the ease in trying to find parking compared to Costco, I'd gladly go to Sam's Club instead. One thing they do better than Costco is the scan and go. This is a thing if genius and so convenient. At first, I thought you had to scan each item separately, but then I realized there's a multi-scan option! I'm surprised more places doesn't use something similar. I haven't gotten gas here before, but the line is much shorter too, compared to Costco.Occasionally, they do have little sample stations, but far and few in between. They have a little scan to sample machine right by the frozen section that is pretty cool. It changes often and I've gotten anything from Chapstick, coffee pods, granola bars, to the most recent and disappointing, 2 pieces of square cracker in a plastic cup. Most of the time, it's good!For the Cafe area, the deals are great. I really appreciate that they have Combo pizza and a meat lovers pizza as options and their hot dog combo is even lower than Costco! I do wish they had a sauce station outside, they when they give you them in packets when you order the hot dog. One very negative thing is how slow the line moves! They have 2 windows to order, but most of the time (if not always), is only 1 is opened. The seating area is also tiny, so if someone is waiting with a cart, it's hard to move around. If it wasn't for the inconvenience and slow service, I'd give this place a 5 stars.

I do self check out with my phone. All you do is download the app. Use walmart wifi. Scan the barcode. Put in your cart. When you finished with your shopping. Click check out walk to the clerk they will count and check a few items. Then your free to go. It feels like some of the deals are pretty good. I went on saturday so it wasn't so busy. It's basically costco alternative. It's basically costco copy except walmart style. You have to have game plan coming into the store. Avoid electronics. The meat, fruits, and vegetables are cheap. I just don't like how they stack some of the fruits and vegetables they're squashed. Soda and chips are cheapest if you buy in bulk. Even cheaper than walmart. Do you save money with membership yes. if you plan to have a vending machine company or 7 11. But since I don't. No. They're gift cards are little cheaper like 2-3 bucks less. That's Amazing. if you want even cheaper than sams or walmart. Aldi or harbor freight. I'm cheap. LOLs. I don't have a big family. So I don't need to buy certain foods in bulk. I think the self checkout app is amazing and it has your sams club in there. Hopefully they'll add feature where it guides you to the item with in store maps and augmented reality with the phone. I feel like this one wasn't so busy. The other sam's are more busy. Costco in alhambra is just china.... LOLs....

I was on my way home from the San Gabriel Valley area. I got a request from my daughters to buy some Jimmy Dean's (JD) breakfast bowls. Costco doesn't sell them and Sam's Club does so here I am.I always enjoy perusing their humongous snacks section and that's what I did before grabbing the JD breakfast bowls. I didn't buy any snacks though, but I did give it some thought... it was tempting! LOLAfter getting 4 JD breakfast bowls boxes (it was on sale with a few dollars off!), I strolled to the self-checkout and paid for my bowls. Love it's simplicity! Thank you Sam's Club! See you again soon.

Review of the gasoline station only-Is it just me, or is it stressful trying to get to the pumps? Probably if I get the membership, I'd get to practice more often. Thank goodness for shared Sam's card =)Cheaper gas will make me brave the inconvenience. Also closer and less traffic than its competitor off the 210 freeway.

I joined Sam's clubs because of their $8 annual fee. I have never been to Sam's club, and my experience here was amazing. They have variety of items that I usually get in the grocery store, but cheaper! Items were very organized, and easy to find! They have a big selections of snacks. Sadly, not many keto snacks were available, but not a deal breaker! They have 3 options of payments: cashier, self-serve, or scan and go. I tried scan and go and skipped the line. How efficient! Their cafe have a number of items that I would love to try next time (e.g. hot dog, pizza, frozen yogurt etc.). There are plenty of parking spots available. Gas station is under construction, and will be available on August 1st.

Great tire center - Anthony was super helpful and the staff was very nice at this location. Definitely my go to place for tires in the future!

Sam's Club Scan 'n Go option is THE BEST!!! I hate crowds and hate waiting in long lines even more. I'm able to shop without any fuss and with minimal human interaction. Their pick up option is good, too. But, sometimes they can take a while to bring out your orders.

Horrible customer service. Employees are not careful when moving the pallets with the pallet jack. A guy got hit today and my daughter almost got hit as well. We spoke to the so called manager to complain and he acted like he didn't care. All he said was I will talk to the employee. Not even an apology. Never coming back here again!!!
