Worst customer service, only 1 checker and line is ridiculous long, over a 2 hour wait. Managers do your job. According to past reviews Ross has a on going problem with lines. You would think by now that managenent would have taken control of this problem. However, it appears that management doesn't care cause lines continue to be long. So if shop at Ross prepare to be in check out line for 2 hrs.

Usually come to this Ross for convenience. Always busy on the long lines for check out, but they are flexible open new cashier when busy.

Tonight I was profiled for wearing a mask and beanie into this store. It was a cold night. I was followed by loss prevention for 10 minutes throughout the store by 2 different employees and when I asked why me specifically, he said it's their job and if I didn't like it, I could leave. So I left. I stood outside the store and I called in to the manager on duty and as soon as I asked for her name, she magically couldn't hear me anymore. As I'm standing outside the store, the loss prevention employee whose job it is to supposedly follow people through the store no longer needed to follow anyone anymore and just stood at the podium in front. Wednesday 1/24 7pm. Male was overweight and shaved head. Female companion was short-ish and also slightly overweight. I live nearby and have shopped here for years and have probably spent thousands at this location. I'll take my business else where.

It's not the pretty store by a long shot. It's a place where you must hunt for bargains. And they got 'em. There is no shopping assistance on the floor which is ok with me. Plenty of parking.
