Wow i don't know where to start. I guess we can start with the fact they ruined a $50 hat that they had for over a month till it finally got stitched. Not only did Sylvia have my hat for about 6 weeks but even after i left a sample hat to indicate where the patch should've gone she still managed to stitch the patch too high and to the far back to the left. Like who stitches on a hat seam?!?! Def not recommending this place or coming back.

I was looking to purchase a Letterman's jacket for my son, I had already done some research and knew they ran from $300-$500. We were approach by a lady and the first thing she mentioned was the price, assuming we couldn't afford it, this was our first time purchasing a jacket so we wanted more info about the process of ordering and designing one, she didnt want to give me info since my son wasn't there, she said we couldn't surprise him with one since he had be fitted, which is understandable but that doesn't mean she couldn't give me info regarding the purchase, she also said she currently had alot of orders making it seem she didnt want to take our business, after showing her some screenshots on my phone with pictures of Letterman's jacket with the price of $350 she knew we were really interested and realized we were serious buyers. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
