When it comes to picking things up in store these people are great. When it comes to having things delivered to the home their performance is very lackluster. I'm sorry to say, but I think the entire location should be restaffed with all new employees including management.

The person that answers this phone is so good damn rude and has no interpersonal skills. He is retched to talk to and deal with. He has no empathy and pries into personal business! Unacceptable.

So recently my wife and I found ourselves in need of a new mattress for our room and we did have everything set up for delivery this past Monday the 11th and the staff "rude thugs" who arrived at our home were extremely rude.They advised me they could NOT take the old mattress for disposal because they were NOT allowed to, even though this is a STATE LAW any retail store who sells mattresses / beds must offer to haul away the old out going at no cost.So I was not happy about that but asked them if they could move the old mattress out of the room for me (because I'm a disabled person) and they refused to do that as well. They told me that {I was going to claim they broke something in my home and they did not want to pay for it}I'm a firm believer in stuff happens but I would not just invent something out of the blue to blame them for and it was extremely unfair of them to make that assessment of me.So I did have an in person discussion with their Store manager Alex who is a extremely good person and the type of person to bend over backwards to make something right and I did tell him about the haul it away law for California and he confirmed it himself by doing his own research. Alex told me that he would follow up with his management team to see what could be done to make the situation right and he would follow up with me (tomorrow) which would have been 12/12/23I called the store this day the 12th to follow up and I was told he was not in to check tomorrow which is today the 13th.Alex apologized to me stating that because they are "rent to own" they wont haul anything away. The law on this does not (EXCLUDE RENT TO OWN) so I find this annoying but unfortunately much like myself where I work Alex is just following the rules he's given. I dont blame him for this.The lackluster is the way I was treated for being a long time customer since 2016 and for the many different things I have purchased over the years.If I treated any of my employers customers like this I would be unemployed instantly.This location has good people Alex is one of them, but I would not recommend buying any sort of furniture or bedroom items from them. There are much better places to buy from regarding those items.

We have been long time customer and wanted to rent or buy sofas for holidays. They have terrible customer service and they only cater to low income families. We left the store and relationship is severed now.

I am so I ever recommend this business to a very good friend he has been treated very badly by the employees. He was going with 99 days same as cash they have very unethical business practices they have taken money and not place it as a payment now they're asking him for $200 more every time it's $200 very bad way of doing business if you want to save your money don't do business with this company
