Estela did a wonderful job on my hair! Place is nice and clean and she makes sure you are her sole focus. Originally went in thinking my hair would not be able to get as light as it ended up but I am VERY happy with how it turned out! She clearly has magic hands!!

Beyond astonished at how these people run their business. My girlfriend called wanting to get her hair done and the lady cut the call as my girlfriend was mid sentence. My girlfriend proceeded to call back thinking it was just a dropped call but no the lady said that bc she wasn't speaking Spanish she cannot help her. She then tells my girlfriend that maybe her daughter can help her but she doesn't know her number so she can't do anything for her? What kind of business is this? I am planning to make a formal complaint with the city of El Monte regarding this business but I would suggest getting yourself a translator if you are planning to visit them.

Mistreated my wife. They scheduled an appointment and then then canceled without even informing her. We went for the appointment to see a sign that they weren't their, and she had to make several attempts to reschedule. Never end up rescheduling. Disappointed is the level of service.

The wait is worth it!!! I waited a month to be seen but I don't regret the wait. Ines and Her mother Estela are the best hairstylists ever! They know about hair coloring and are up to date with hair styles. Their number one priority is the health of your hair. If they feel that your hair can not be dyed because your hair is damaged, they will give you their honest opinion and advise you what is best for your hair at the time or the best opinion. If your reading this review, schedule your appointment and watch and see how fabulous your hair will look!

I don't even know why this wouldn't let me give no stars I follow this place on ig all I got to say is for me giving this place a chance to spend my money and thinking of leaving my 11 years hair lady I have was a total mistake this place sucks there personal sucks, I walk in to an personal estimate and the so cal Beaty expert lmao told me she couldn't do my hair just by looking at it and mind you doing have done my hair the same way I told her I wanted it but I thank god I didn't spend my money on this pathetic place one thing I gotta say I will so unfollow them on social media and will never recommend this place

Inez is definitely one of the best at what she does.I went in to get my hair done with her abt 1 year ago.she is very hands on she doesn't BS the process she lets u know up front if she can or can not do ur hair.Do to Damage or needing it color corrected.I live 25 mins away and Her Salon is worth the Traffic.

Best place ever!!, wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair except for these lovely ladies. They've been doing my hair for over 4 yrs. they take really good care of your hair and explain the whole process and how long it would take for your hair to get to where you want it if it can't be done the first time they are the best of the best!! Thank you ladies for always treating me like a queen!

Ines did such an amazing job on my hair! I got so many compliments from friends and family. She did everything I asked for.
