“I found this gem close by and so happy I did. We have 2 tanks and occasionally use the bbq grill. Those 2 tanks will last us at least 6-8 mos. When the tanks are out, I always struggle to find a place and those gas station places suck! A few times we got the cashier saying they are the only one working and they can't help fill the tank. Or buy one that is already filled. Why? if I have my own 2 tanks. Anyway, browsed on yelp and found this place. I don't know why it never popped up before. So after being rejected at the gas station because of 1 worker, we drove to Ted Johnson. They specialize in propane and have huge tank trucks carrying them for whatever purpose. Well, I drove up and there was a man standing waiting to help. He was kind and happy to help! He chatted with my husband as he was filling up both our tanks. So glad to find this gem near by and with nice people working! After filling, you receive a receipt of how much was filled and pay inside the office. Everything went smooth and the office is nice a professional. So are the workers! No more gas station for propane!”
“Was surprised to find a propane fill station so close to honey. Reminded me of the old school gas stations with an attendant that fills up your tank. Older fella was standing by the tank, filled up, and both 3g tanks were topped off and ready for the next camping adventure?”
“Always drove by this propane spot and never thought to refill my tank here since I just typically switch out at one of those self-service stalls. STOP DOING THAT AND COME HERE INSTEAD!Came Sunday morning just 1 person ahead of me and I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. The guy will help unload the propane tank from your car and reload it back into your car.It was super cheap to fill and I was charged $17 for my refill on a 15lb tank. Always coming here from now on.”

“My favorite gas station is located here in the 'City of Arcadia,' CA., on Duarte Rd., across from 99 Ranch Market outside of the Santa Anita Mall, Arcadia, CA. Just learned last night their gas pricing is still under $5 now so quite reasonable: they sell scratchers here too. I'll be back soon.”

I had my car trailer attached for the first time, they explained me everything and they found out also a problem with a mixed wrong wire from the cable, they solved with a trick and adaptor and allowed me to go out for the journey. “I was on my way home from a very long day and stopped in to 7-Eleven last night. I knew the grocery store across the street had just closed (everything closes way too early in Los Angeles). I looked around for some hamburger buns or bread and didn't see any on the shelves. I asked the clerk if they had any. He said no and asked if I was making some hamburgers at home. Then asked how many I needed. I said like two. He went into the back and came out with a bag and gave me some buns he had in the back. Nobody in Los Angeles is this nice. He said it's about customer service. He even asked if I had condiments at home. I asked his name. Ivan. Thank you so much, Ivan! That was such a kind gesture after a very long day for me and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness! We need more people like Ivan in the world.”

“Quick and easy process. First time renting a vehicle to move. I was able to preorder moving supplies and request my truck two weeks ahead of the move. They ship all the essentials for the move according to the space you indicate. Great option for first time clients. App is easy to navigate and make changes on. The team at this location offered support when rain caused delay in pick up. The trucks are loaded with your items ahead of your arrival. Easy pick up and drop off.”

“Great customer service, i came here to get propane tanks refilled and the guy helping me out answered all my questions and explained how to check if my tanks were still good. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone needing propane as they can actually refill your tanks as opposed to gas stations that only carry prefilled tanks with no guarantee of whether or not they will have filled ones available.”

“I was reluctant to come here to get propane after reading all of the negative reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. I am not sure if it's because I came at a good time but I only waited 2 minutes at the refill station before someone helped me. I only had to fill up a 5lb tank. Was in and out within 5 minutes.”
“Got a hitch installed here. Total time it took was 15 minutes with an appointment. When I came today their systems were down. The young lady from El Monte jotted down my number and told me that she'd call me back if their systems came back online. I'm so appreciative of her because she's did call me back and also answered all my questions about hitches. I really felt that I was taken care of here and she truly wanted to help me. I would recommend this uhaul to friend and family if they were looking to install a hitch.”
