I came here to have an alignment on my 2006 Acura TL.The mechanic adjusted the toe but not the camber.When I went back to ask him about this, he was rude and didn't want to talk to me.I will not return to this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone."

This is the place to go to Carlos is very helpful. And the tech that does the alignments now what there doing I had alignment issues in my charger couldn’t figure out the problem they recommended rotating my tires and it fixed my alignment issue .after being to multiple alignment shops no one was able to fix it .

I went to Pep Boys in my area because my brakes were making a noise. So I did not wanted to damaged the rotors even though pads were wear out. I took to Pep Boy in Hollywood. There was a big line. Only one cashew working and making decisions on his own. I checked in and told the representative my concern. They did an inspection listing a lot of things the was wrong with the car. Their bill was about $2000 in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I told them I was there for the front breaks and front rotors. Anyhow they make me wait for 3 hours to tell me that they were getting the parts and I have to wait another 2 hours. Anyway after 5 hours my car is ready and I ahead to pay to find out the the front rotors and breaks the cost was $588. I have file a complaint with the CA Car Bar because I was charged twice for labor and the parts are so expensive. Pep Boys never disclosed it. So after feeling taken advantage by Pep Boys then I started asking friends to recommend their mechanic and that’s how I found Prop Racing Wheels & Tires. From my first interaction with Carlos I felt trust and I took my car for inspection and Carlos tells me that there was nothing wrong with the car but if I wanted to change the back truck's that’s my decision. So I agreed and within an hours the parts arrived and while I was waiting I took advantage to do my oil change next door. Anyway Carlos immediately after he received the parts started to work on my car. He installed the new strucka and dig computer alignment to my car. What it surprised me is the quote he gave me that did not change. He kept his honor work and charge d me what he told me upfront. I am so happy I call Carlos and I took my car to his shop. Carlos is a hard working person and I can see he cares about customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Carlos and Pro Racing Wheels & Tires because he know what he is doing and what your car needs.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I have been using this place for a long time, I have no problem with Carlos, but the new guy working there has a bad attitude. He rotated my tires not the way I want it. And not balance the rear tire well, left 0.25 out of balance and not even bother to correct it. Tried to talked to him about it, but he refused and shakes his head thinking I was wrong. I paid for the services but end up fix it (rotation) myself at home. Will go to other place to fix my tire balance.

Love this shop. Been coming here for years. Unfortunately I live in SD now but that doesn't stop me. I will make a trip just to come back to see Carlos. That's how amazing his work is and best prices around.

Came in for an alignment for my girlfriends car and noticed the steering shaked so I asked them if they could balance the wheels and they did both in like 20 minutes! So fast and so nice and friendly, definitely coming here again for my cars!
