First off I am glad I found Prestige Mercedes Benz & BMV . Efrain is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He takes the time to explain any issues with your car and makes the best of suggestions that help you as his customer. I have been to other mechanics that have messed up my Mercedes because they do not know how to take care of your problems. I have been coming here for a few years now and will continue with my satisfied service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone .

I gave this place a chance by the reviews I read, I can honestly say this is a legitimate mechanic. I became friends with the owners of this shop for many years. Ramon was the real deal and always had your best interest at heart, unlike most mechanics. I miss him very much...RIP?Lupita and Efren have continued to carry on his name and honor, as they conduct business with integrity. Best mechanic in the San Gabriel Valley! I was looking for a reasonable place to get my brakes and rotors fixed and they came thru. I truly appreciate everything. My baby (2021 CLA 250) is riding so much better. Very friendly, kind, and offered drinks. They have little restaurants close by if you waiting and get hungry. Thanks, TiaService: Brakes

My husband found this place on Yelp and it is four times cheaper than taking my car to the dealership for routine maintenance. The people were very helpful and kind, explained what would be done and gave me the breakdown of the cost. They are friendly and the location is across the street from some houses. I would recommend this place, I trust them as doing what they say they did and would come back.

This is HANDS DOWN BEST mechanic shop in alllll of El Monte and South El Monte ! Incredible work very affordable and the staff is just wonderful and make you feel very comfortable and happy to be giving your business to them !
