I always visit this location because it's by my house but I really do like this store. The store is always clean and the staff is super friendly, they always tell me about the coupons they have in store.

around 4:00 PM I called trying to make an appointment for grooming because I don’t know what’s wrong with the system. I don’t know what’s wrong with the website, but it was not letting me and I was explaining to him that they were available for any walk-ins, he didn’t even let me finish. He just hung up on me and I tried calling again. I thought it was a mistake, but no one answered and I was there waiting for someone to answer me more than 30 minutes. July 3 4:00pm I called for customer service

Great. Well stocked and staff is really friendly. 1 star off because there were 3 employees at the front counter, then they all walked away at the same time. Another customer and I patiently waited almost 5 minutes. The front counter should never be unattended, in my opinion. As for the grooming, I witnessed an unruly dog. The groomer seemed a little rough to control it. Part of the blame for me goes to owners as well. Stay during your pet's grooming, especially if you don't know how your pet is going to react.
