A very cost-effective hospital. It will be much more convenient if you make an appointment in advance. Whether it is sterilization or other things, the doctor is very good.

They were able to see my girl after only about 45 minutes when I was a walk in. They gave me clear instructions and gave her medications.

Very caring staff. We drive all the way from Torrance because the Dr is so knowledgeable and kind. He treats our precious Ragdoll kitten with care. Absolutely recommend!

We've been looking for a good vet to take good care of our loved dog.
Through a trusted friend of my wife, we found this pet hospital. Everyone in there is nice and patient. They really took good care of our dog.
And the best part of it is the cost. Today they removed one tumor from the mouth, one small bump on the head, and two lipomas for only $1,200.
In addition, the doctor also cleaned his teeth for free.

Best vet ever. I’ve been visiting 4 different hospitals for my 1yo GSD’s vaccination renewal. All others said they cannot do it because my dog’s overreaction which I understand. And they said they’ll have to give us some pills calm down my dog first. Until I went to Dr Wang, he was so patient waiting for our dog to calm down and gave him all inspections and vaccinations professionally. I do recommend Pet Care Animal Hospital to all big dogs owners.

I will definitely won't go back again to Dr Wang. $55 annual exam I barely able to talk to the vet for 5 mins. He was rushing in the whole experience. During the visit, Dr Wang listened for her heart beats then said he can't hear anything because I was scratching her. My pup was moving around on the table so I was trying to calm her down, but instead of telling me stop to do that in the middle, he just "complained" in the end and didn't try again. He checked my pup's ears but again she moved around. Dr wang wasn't patient with her, he barely looked at her another ear for a second then came up conclusion. He said he will give something to treat the infection and he rushed back to his office. He didn't discuss the detail of the plan with the owner. I thought the assistant took my dogs just to do vaccines but they ended up gave her one antibiotic shot and one steroid shot as well. He prescribed her additional two oral treatments and an ointment which scared me right away. I asked him how severe is her infection rn because she had same issue before but never been prescribed some many medications (my pup has long ears and long hair so it's common for her have that issue). He just said it's the standard treatment procedure here. I didn't know the whole treatment details (two injections, two medications and one ointment) until they handed me the bill. I went to another vet for second opinion, he said instead prescribed all these injections and medications for all possible infections, Wang should do a cytology and find out which type infection it is, and treat it with just the necessary medication. I'm so upset after hearing that because it seems Wang just either doesn't care to put effort to treat the animals, or give excessive medications to make more profit. Btw i agree with other comments, the front desk staff who is taking phone calls and processing bills, is very rude and unprofessional. I had Dr Chen before and he is good. Last time I scheduled an annual visit for my pup the reception didn't warn me it will be a different vet. I found out when I go in.

my cat, Tiger, was diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Wang and his team has been truly compassionate and caring throughout the whole process. From his diagnosis to frequent follow ups to emergency situations, they have been so attentive and reassuring. I can't even begin to thank Dr Wang for his kindness and medical expertise~

5 stars for Dr.Wang and "Zero" stars for front desk! The Front desk was so rude,so much attitudes and unfriendly! When I talked to front desk through the phone, she was so mean to respond my questions and so impatient to talk to me just because my English is that fluently! She must hate the person who can't speak English. Poor lady has to meet so much Chinese customers. Hope she like her job!

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. The doctors and office desk do not care about your pet. The office staff has no clue what good customer service is and will give you an attitude so harsh you wish you didn’t come. They need to work on their communication skills and not make assumptions. The doctor did not even do a proper exam and rushes to leave too quick. He hands me a list of vaccines needed for the dog and charges extremely higher than what I have seen from other clinics. I had questions he couldn’t even answer. The reason the docto rush to leave is because he books so many appointments at once so he can collect more from you on the exam fees. Pay a bit more and go to a better hospital. The exam fee was $50 for us. Hospital and all of its staffs are a piece of trash greedy incompetent individuals. Just look at the other reviews here

Both of my puppies were neutered here. The doctor is very experienced. The nurses and ladies are also very patient! A trustworthy hospital.
