I purchased a 50 lbs bag of flour from them in August, 2024 only to later after open it discover it was infested with small bugs. At first, I didn’t realize the source of the issue but began noticing small specks in the bread I was making. Over time, the problem became worse, and I eventually found the bugs were coming from the flour itself.
Selling spoiled food is unethical and poses a potential health risk. I hope they will take this issue seriously and improve their quality control going forward. I will never buy from them anymore.

So. Found out there is a “Taiwan Costco”. This place is packed with a bunch of things from Taiwan. Bean curd, to certain drinks, snacks, and so much more.
They also have a freezer that sells boxes of things like bok choy, and other vegetables. I bet there is a lot of Taiwanese businesses that get their things here.
You do not need membership to go in, you just have to have a minimum of $30 (they lowered it) to use your credit card.
I only wished that they had air conditioning, as it was quite hot inside, that made it hard to stay inside the warehouse.

New Taiwan Food has such good conditions, such a good location, reasonable and cheap prices, a wide variety, and good quality. It has the greatest development potential compared to the same industry, so why does it have fewer customers than the neighbors? According to my long-term observation, New Taiwan Food has become an industry leader by making small changes in methods. Strengthen and develop ourselves to better serve thousands of households. Come on New Taiwan! A regular customer of yours.

I came at the very last minute and Juan really took care of me. I showed him on my phone what I needed and I went to the register to pay. I stepped out to my car for a minute and Juan was already at the register with a case of the tea that I wanted. Five stars based on Juan’s help (he carried the case out to my car) and the friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness of the store. I’ll have to come back to explore the aisles.

Warehouse wholesale, good for big family or small business. And plenty of Asian snacks and products. Some products are cheaper than other stores, some are a little higher prices.

They sell expired products!
We bought a bunch of stuff over the weekend then later found out that one of the drinks we bought has expired. The expiration date was November 2023. We went back to this store a couple of days later to exchange, thinking it’s no big deal mistakes happen. Then lady at the refund window basically said she will only do the exchange once, next time we need to check if the stuff in store is expired or not, she won’t process the exchange again if similar thing happens again. Then she made it sound like we were trying to scam the store with this one case of tea. What is wrong with her??? I was so shocked to hear her response and accusation. Basically they can sell expired products and it’s up to the consumer to check, the store is not liable. What?
Update: check out the “owner” reply below. They are still questioning the authenticity of my experience. I DID bring my receipt when I went to exchange. Why would I return something from another store? What a garbage business. Just uploaded my purchase receipt for more transparency.

My favorite wholesale market in the area! It's clean, it's spacious and good varieties of asian snacks/food. The staffs there are ALWAYS helpful and nice and patient! I got a whole box of sunflower seed thanks to them! I love coming to this one and take my time to shop. They always pick up their call, answer your questions, help you find if the thing I'm looking for is in stock or coming. I recommend this place to so many friends!
