I've been taking my car to this dealership for years and their customer service has suffered over the years. I took my Nissan Sentra in last month and I had the displeasure of doing business with Edgar. Edgar was browsing on his phone for a good while before even bothering to look up and help me. Then no one followed up when my car was finished and i had to find out by showing up and asking. Car came back with problems and i had to go through the whole process again, and wouldnt you believe it, they finished my car and failed to contact me once again. Customer service here is a joke and the service advisors are uninformed. They have no idea whats going on with your car and have no idea what theyre explaining to the customers. They give you whatever the tech says and dont care whether or not what they say makes sense.

I would actually like to give no stars. Do not come here. They are running scams. I have purchased 5 new cars in my adult life and 4 used ones. We had been texting with a sales rep all day after finding the car on car gurus. We were looking at a used car and the price was listed at $24,500 and it was confirmed on the phone that was the price. After driving 1.5 hours to get to the dealership there is a mandatory dealership accessory fee of $2400 that you have to get - it covers minor dings and scratches. It wasn't a good fit for us - since we would have to drive so far to utilize it. We asked for it to not be included in the finance package. Turns out - "the car was listed with the wrong price. they weren't going to make any money off it" - the managers exact words. He said that if I didn't want to purchase the accessory package I could have it for the new price of $26,900. It was priced wrong - their mistake - and that as of tomorrow the price is going to change to the "correct price." He also told me that if I had read the fine print on car gurus it says there are accessories fees. It's not listed anywhere. I have attached a screen recording of the site and the dealerships notes on the car. He told me that 4 other people came for the same car. And guess what. They all left because of the same SCAM

Shoutout to Marlon for creating a warm, welcoming environment. I came to this location for the first time for an oil change since the other dealerships had horrible service, but Marlon turned that around for me. What I enjoyed the most was his work ethic and attention to detail. I appreciate it when someone lets me know exactly what I will pay. When I made my appointment on the phone, I had been misled information from someone else, but Marlon gave me the correct information and let me know in detail what my car would be getting during the service. While waiting inside, he let me know that I could check the status of my vehicle anytime. After the service, he went through the inspection sheet and let me know the status of my car and what it would need down the line. Thank you Marlon for being a reliable service advisor and be real with me.

Was being push for paying a service package by someone that knew nothing of my car. First said I need power steering fluid exchange and ask him to show me the power steering pump. Car is electric assistance steering, than said I have oil around spark plug, you know pull coil pack out to see. 2.0 engine has plugs by firewall facing firewall good one. Didn't notice any hand or glove prints near throttle body, ha. Had tps on paid still had it on ask to speak with tech, came to car said notice but didn't rotate tires they where all 8s strange when you paid for rotation And tech says didn't do it. I guess martin group just needs money for Christmas. Spoke with Nissan Canada says owners have options how they price. Owned Nissan cars since 2002.

Unfortunatley this is a bad review . I called about a valve cover gasket replacement service On an infiniti g37.( infiniti/ nissan.)Service advisor literally told me they dont work on infiniti cars ???. Literally the same engine as a nissan 370z. Same company.Over all the other services i recieved there were excellent. ( ordered parts for my infiniti there)Maybe its just this location ,but i think further probe is neccessary .

Ever since change of ownership, this place has gone down the tubes!! They're very unorganized and don't communicate with the customers. Nobody is in the service department to help you either. My mom took her car to be serviced and a repair, has an appointment at 7am, no update call no answer on the phone. We drove down there at 2pm, the car STILL wasn't worked on and just sitting there. Nobody had any answers for us until the manager came in. I will NEVER bringy car here. It's very unfortunate

Scheduled an oil change and told me that it will take at least 1hr, when I got to the service department they said it will take 2hrs waited for two and half hours when I checked the car they haven't even started soon as I said I been here for more than two hours you guys haven't started the car then that's the only time they took my car and started working on it. The service took 3.5 hrs and the excuse was they had to order the filter somewhere else. This was not a busy day few cars that was behind me was done way before mine and my appointment was scheduled 3 days prior which has plenty of time to get the filter of anything..they even put a tire rotation but the tires was never rotated because they never asked me for the rims key lol this place is a joke!!Service: Oil change

I have been waiting for 30 minutes for someone to attend me... And still waiting. There are approx 3 service associates here and there is not many cars waiting... I cannot understand i am waiting this long.

Their answering service is terrible. I've called 6 times trying to ask for a simple price for service for my Nissan to no avail. I don't have anymore extra time to struggle with an already inconvenient event. They lost me as a customer.
