I was told on the day of signing, I had a month warranty left on the car with BMW. You could imagine my surprise when I went to bring my car in for a diagnostic test since the car, all of a sudden, the first week of owning it had messages popping up about issues with the car, then being told by BMW the warranty expired over a month ago. To clarify, I brought the car in to BMW two weeks after I bought it. I let New PBB Auto Inc know to see if they could make good on their promise and they told me I only had 3 days of a warranty after buying their car and should've taken the car in sooner than I did. Well, had I been told that upon buying the car I would've taken time off work to do so... pretty scummy, really frustrated not getting what I paid for. Also, the extent of the scratches and chipping of the paint was also extremely bad and they would not wash the car to let me see how bad it was until I signed for it. (Pretty common dealership practice) Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a marserati suv here and this place is great to buy a car. They are very responsible and honest people . I recommended to my mom and family members. Ask for Kevin he is a great guy.

For a long time my husband and I were looking for a Honda Civic Si, which for us was very hard to find since we look for low or a decent millage, price , and a very well cared car. For months and months with no luck, until we found New PBB Auto. Kevin is such a helpful, understandable, and knowledgeable person that gave us everything we were looking for, a beautiful well cared car, with low millage, and good price. Whenever we'll be looking to buy another car, we will definitely be going back to New PBB Auto.

I help my daughter bought a Camry from New PBB Auto, Kevin was very professional and patient to answer all my questions, he also changed out the parts that I requested with a resonable price, her camry was detailed, new registration with full tank of gas and deliverd to her apartment. I'm very happy with their customer service. I would recommend PBB Auto and come back next time when she need another car.

Picked up my tesla model 3 from NEW PBB. Kevin helped me with the whole process and taught me how to use the car. The entire process was smooth! They also do wraps and i ended up wrapping my car with them as well! This is my place to get cars now! Thank you Kevin and NEW PBB auto

My girlfriend and I were in the market for a Civic and came across this gem on CarGurus. We inquired about the car and within minutes Kevin responded back. We ended up checking out the car a week later, test drove it, and decided it was the right fit for us!Financing the car was a lengthy process considering we are first time buyers and we decided to go through our own credit union. PBB Auto can finance the car for you through Westlake Bank, but make sure to do your research whether you want finance through Westlake or your own bank (it'll speed things up if you apply for a loan and get prequalified before shipping around).From our impression, it looks like primarily Kevin handles sales. My girlfriend and I were taken aback with how professional and patient Kevin is; literally one of the most patient and friendly guys you'll ever meet. He'd check in on us periodically to see how the financing was going, and when we were finally done on our end, he wrapped things up as quick as possible. It's also worth mentioning that he responds texts within seconds or sometimes minutes.Our Civic was detailed, oil changed, new plates and registration, full tank of gas and delivered to our apartments.

Kevin issued my refund for cancelling the extended warranty. Looks like the warranty company was dragging their feet. He did apologize for the delay and for misplacing the registration sticker. I will give him credit where it's due.

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was when I purchased a 3 series BMW from New PBB Auto! Kevin was extremely accommodating to what I wanted to achieve that day. First of, I decided to pay them a visit at 4:45 pm (when their store closes at 6pm). Went to their store with a goal to leave with a vehicle that I wanted and Kevin and the rest of the staff made that happen! Kevin was so knowledgable and didn't try to add unnecessary "additions" or fees! Straight to the point and showed me what was included in my contract. I appreciated that so much because this is not my first rodeo in purchasing a car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, in fact I think it was the other way around where they felt rushed so that I can leave with the car already (out of excitement).Again thank you for a wonderful service to the whole New PBB Auto team! Will come back next time!
