Ruined my hair, completely different color i asked for and did her regulars as i waited with bleach in my hair to get a orange color that i told her i didn't want if she couldn't do it to let me know

I been coming here since they opened. I have had the best experience with my hair. The product they used is quality, in fact, I get my hair done every 3 weeks and I have healthy, shiny hair. I get so many compliments and Areli is who to thank. Totally recommend her.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Areli always gets the perfect blonde and I used to have trouble achieving that with other stylist. She also takes care of your hair and helps it grow. I have blonde but my hair is not damaged and looks healthy. You come in the salon looking a total mess and you leave looking amazing and feeling amazing. Also the vibe is always good. She is very funny and friendly. I love it at New Image Hair Studio. Very bad experience, her mother dried my hair and burned my scalp. I just went for a touch-up on my roots and Arely cut my hair, leaving it very uneven, shorter on one side than the other, and I had an appointment and she was there. Talking so much, I think that when he noticed, he had already cut it when I wasn't going for a cut because my hair was already a long bob. I won't go back to that place nor do I recommend it, apart from all the dearly I paid, now I'm suffering horribly for myself. bad experience and trust her that she didn't pay attention to her work.

My family and I have been coming to Areli for more than 10 years now. We do not trust anyone else with our hair. Areli always knows exactly what we want, is patient with our process, and will never do something that might cause harm or more damage to our hair. We have gotten single color, highlights, full on blonde, extensions, haircuts, and more and we have never been disappointed. I can't even keep track of the amount of compliments I've received for my hair color and cuts. I also love the hair products she sells. It's a lot of keratin products at very affordable prices. My mom even swears that the only reason why she still has hair after bleaching for so many years is due to the Kerasys shampoo and products she buys from here. BONUS: Areli is literally the NICEST person in the world. You will never be bored at her salon and she will make sure you always feel welcomed.

Arely is the best! She is always so welcoming. And listens to what you want and she delivers. I have been coming to her for a while for my hair. I began bringing my daughter for her haircuts, once my daughter wanted high lights I knew Arely was the person I trust with my daughter hair. You will not be disappointed coming here! Great work and environment.

Been going to Areli for about 4 years now and my hair has never been better! My hair never grew until she started cutting it. She has a green thumb for hair. I've been blonde for almost 4 years now and my hair is super healthy still even for all the bleach it has. I would recommend her and do recommend her to everyone!

Areli has always taken care of my hair and knows exactly what it needs. She is honest as to what she sees will work for your hair type/color. I often get compliments on how long and healthy it looks when she's all done, which is why even after moving further I continue to make the drive. Highly recommend her.

Absolutely love this hair salon! Been coming to get my hair done by Arely for over 10 years and always leave happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable in her craft, accommodating, and kind. Her salon is always stocked with good hair products and is always busy with clients. Testament to her awesome skills. Appointments are preferred but she almost always accepts walk-ins.
