Never coming here again! I own a small business and would always shop from here. I bought an appliance from here recently, it had a 1 year warranty. My machine broke so I brought it in. They told me they fixed it and was told I would get a new one if it broke down again. Right when I started using it, it broke down again. I called and told them. The guy who helped said he would fix it again. I told him that I was told I would get a new one. He refused to give us a new one. The first time it broke down he kept trying to get me to purchase a new one while I waited for the old one to be fixed. It has a warranty for a reason. I will never shop here again. There are way better places where they actually honor their warranties.

If i can rate 0 stars i would but it doesnt let me. Horrible service we spent $3000.00 + and now they are trying to steal from us they gave us wrong measurements and we spoke to michelle huang and she cant fix anything and cant admit she gave us the wrong kitchen and wants us to pay more. I highly recommend you dont do business here they will mess up and most likely not get what you ordered.

I was their customer when they were still at the San Gabriel location. Now they are much closer to my business and I love their new showroom. I buy all my supplies from them. Vivian and Mauricio are very knowledgeable and help me with everything when I go there.

I have to say I am super impressed with this place! It was hard to get all my supplies and equipment for my shop during covid and I felt relieved after finding this place that has everything I need! I also love working with all their sales team. They are super friendly and knowledgeable.

New Asia FSE in El Monte is one of my go to store for restaurant supply and equipments. They have a good amount of inventory available, from my favorite name brands to generic versions if I am on a budget. The thing that separates them from others is their A1 Customer service. Whether you are new to the restaurant business or a seasoned vet, they still treat you like you are Wolfgang Puck. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. In my opinion, that's the key to success in retail and New Asia FSE has the formula locked down.

They are very, very irresponsible with customer's financial info. Owner had employees take pictures of customer credit cards WITH THEIR PERSONAL PHONES. All other financial data/transactions/info is also recorded and transmitted with employees personal phones which are not monitored or secured. All that info is still on employees personal phone after they leave. They just don't care and are very reckless. I'd watch my bank statement for a while if you run your card here, the owner doesn't pay his employees for the overtime they work and I wouldn't be surprised if they took advantage of the lax security here to make up for it.

This place is shabby and run down, no doubt, but that wouldn't bother me if the service was good- it's not. The sales people are high pressure but not knowledgeable, the products are misplaced and dirty/old and the cashiers are slow as they "double check" everything for no reason. The worst thing about this place though, is the owner- he's so dishonest and ineffectual I'm surprised he's able to stay in business. The prices are inconsistent and usually higher than what you can find on Amazon. It's just an overall waste of a trip, and you leave feeling a little slimy. Do not recommend.
