Great company with deep authentic Japanese culture! I can always get good recommendation from Yuko and she always patiently gives me info about products and necessary suggestions. And Yuko always replies me no matter it is a weekend day or holiday and tries to solve problem for me.
Products from MTC are always premium quality. I am grateful having such supplier for my restaurant. Delivery is always with care and on time. Thank you!

Overnight parking on the left side of street only. They are fast loading as well cleaned up facilities efficiently. They are first come services facilities that are serious professional customer services. Asap you get loaded up with they products you have to leave immediately. Unbelievable loaded in 10 minutes

The white-haired woman on the left side of the front desk in front of Will Call had very poor customer service and made me feel very uncomfortable. I said, "What?" with a closed mouth. I'm not kidding.Thank you for changing your attitude.The other staff members are polite and wonderful.

This company allows customer or employee for illegal activity.I mean, who parks the motorcycle at "NO PARKING" zone, and it is on the sidewalk?!Even if it is within their company parameters, it still should be illegal.The company does not care if the customer or their employee commits crime.It's their crime too.

Customer service was great and started loading me immediately only down fall was they only have one restroom and the whole time I was there someone was in it for a new building you would hope that they would have multiple stalls or something

Brand new building, easy to get in and out of in a Semi. I was in and out if there loaded up with my paperwork in less than an hour! Only thing I didn't like about this place is it's blind side backing but it your lucky, you may be able to turn around.
