Perfect cute teddy bears to promote our charity at a big event. The bears were very affordable for the quality. They looked like teddy bears (not flattened or deformed like some of the other companies that I have seen). Be flexible with color selection, because they ran out of the variety. Also, they held my order because they could not get a hold of me to tell me they only had pink bears left. Good thing I emailed them to check my order status. Lesson learned: order well ahead of time.

I was skeptical on ordering from their website, but did so because the teddy bears looked adorable and you can’t beat the price. I went with the free shipping box which included 15 of the teddy bears in the picture. They were perfect and shipping was quick! I want to say I received my order in a week or less. Highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a SCAM!! I ordered 10 brown bears and received orange bears. They don’t answer their phone nor do they respond to emails. They don’t even deserve the one star you are forced to give. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They NEVER answer the phone. Also shipping charges are not given until the very end before you place the order and the charges are ridiculous! That's why the bears are so cheap to begin with. Never order from a company you that never answers their phone!

Ordered 3 bears with specifically colored ribbons. They were Christmas presents to send to my little nephews and newborn niece to send for Christmas. My information was correct and they weren't delivered. Instead of helping me to recover the bears and have them resent, they literally just gave me a refund and said "sorry, sales ms teddy bear". How is customer service like this supposed to help me?
