Awful ridiculously bad service and business. Rude lady in charge, she charge me a purchase price when all I wanted to do was rent it after I said I want to rent it day before to get it picked up I wanted to resize it then she was being very unprofessional and said I need to buy it and wasn't going to resize it or have it ready till the next day !!! Day of delivery SHE DIDNT EVEN IRON THE Slacks !!! I'm so disappointed at this type of service. Need to speak with a manager about this.

This place really has no work or business ethic. The main lady is rude, doesn't respect her own business hours and tries to blame the customers for not calling ahead.

The work they do here is fast, we needed our dresses within two weeks. While we had some issues with miscommunication in the beginning I can't deny that their dresses are beautiful and they include the alterations at no additional cost. Overall I would recommend them and I would come back if ever I needed another dress like this.

Margarita is the absolute best. I have received my quincenera dress from her. She also assisted me in coordinating my baby shower and several other family events. She is amazing and extremely creative.
