I had a wonderful experience at Mis Quince when I was looking for a last minute wedding dress. The owner was very kind & let me try on many options & helped out immensely. She even hand-sewed alterations in the store quickly. the dress was inexpensive compared to many bridal stores in the area. I would recommend if you are looking for both bridal and ballroom (quince) dresses.

I give this place two stars only because the employees (Edith and janette) are very kind and helpful but the owner of this place Alicia is a horrible person she thinks it’s okay to yell and mistreat her employees for simple mistakes. She’s a two face. She will try hard to smile and act nice but once u leave her store she will start saying stuff about how you can’t afford your dresses.Definitely don’t recommend this place.

I would NOT recommend this place ever!! The owner Alicia is rude not only to customers but to her employees as well!! I had an interview and as I was walking in I saw her throwing a shoe at her employee?!?! I later found out she HATES people with tattoos and is even more rude to them.Don't support someone who discriminates people and treats them like they are nothing...

Rude , racist and hypocrite owner Alicia owns this store .she's a horrible person she treats her employees bad. And she will basically talk bad about you if you leave her store without buying anything.

everyone has their own experience I understand. Mine was great, in & out with exactly what I wanted for my sons baptism. The lady was very knowledgeable with the sizing & we got to try it on the baby. Outfit, socks & shoes under $150

I definitely recommend this place I have bought all my kids their outfits for first communion and baptism. Great prices. I was getting to stress about finding a place. I forgot how I found this place but they have a lot of stuff and they have packages for you to chose from. What I like is that if you didn't need everything that they provide in the package they discounted it. The lady there is sweet and helpful that I remember. Can't wait until I go again to shop for my daughter 3 yrs presentation dress. Everyone has their own experience but mine been great coming here and shopping for what I need.

This place is awesome, the ladies who work here are amazing! Super helpful. I was looking for something specific and they were so kind and helpful! Just good people. I am not in the market for Quinceañera but if I ever have the opportunity to refer people, I sure will! '

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience with them would never ever be coming back here and telling people to not come here either. We ordered a dress S for a dama and the lady ordered all the dresses XS, we asked if there was anything we could do because it just does not fit. She said they only carried that dress in XS after it was already here. Like what? why would they order a XS when we asked for a S. Then I tried it on and it was very tight, can’t even breath at first she said “we can alter it if we need to” did she do that? no she simply said we can’t do anything about it. Owner is an absolute liar saying she’ll alter it and change it but she did not. Only reason we took it is because the quince is in a week otherwise we wouldn’t have. Absolutely horrible service.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful! She was not welcoming at all. We went in looking for quincenera dresses and did not let us look around or try anything on because they said they sell the dresses they have on display and don't want to get them dirty. Never coming here again.

I would never recommend this store to anyone. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Due to her lack of ordering my daughters quince dress on a timely matter, my daughter almost didn't have her dress for her quincenera. She loves to promise you everything and once you give her the deposit everything changes, dates are never accurate and she's always changing her stories, and making up lies. And at the end of the day the customer is the one that stresses out. Thank goodness I was able to locate another store where I was helped and got my daughter's stuff for her quince. She is also very rude to her employees and is racist. She thinks that just because they speak only Spanish and a bit of English they have no say. She told me on the phone, " don't speak to them because they don't speak English" and she herself is Hispanic.

Bad service. You are better off making the drive to downtown LA or "La Pacific" in Huntington Park, then come to this place :/
