Miles auto is a great place, Miles, Junior and Vic are very knowledgeable and have a great customer care attitude. If they don't have the part in stock which is rare they can get it within a very short time from one of there warehouses and there's no extra charge for getting it right away. Its not like other places that take a half day or next day delivery. I have been going to Miles auto for years and "Only" shop there.

These are photos of brake pads and drums I bought from Miles Auto Parts . He gave us lifetime warranty, but after we bought this, we went back before three months because brakes were making noise when we took him out, the drums were all groove from that brake pads, and the owner did not wanna exchange or give us our money back the drums and brake pad we bought from him with lifetime warranty according to him, but he did not wanna exchange him. He gave us a hard time and he thought we didn't have a receipt. We showed it to him he got mad he exchanged him, and he said they were only one time exchange he will never exchange him again, so I told him is that a lifetime warranty one time exchange before 90 days if I was you guys I will stay away from this place Miles Auto Parts store in El Monte
