I bought a car from mc motors llc in El Monte on 5/19/23 it was a nissian rogue and before purchasing car I asked the guy if there was anything wrong with the car the guy told me the car is a clean title and no issues and no accidents then I asked if I can see carfax for the car and he couldn't show me and he didn't have pinkslip in hand so I went by his words bought car for $11000 and paid $900 to get pinkslip from this guy and a week after purchasing car check engine light went on and found out catalytic converter needs replacement and i went online to sell my car and a lady called me and she told me car been in accident in 2022 and it's a salvage title so I felt scammed and frauded out of my money and now don't know what to do with the car

The best car buying experience! Completely transparent. Helped me with everything and even if the car that you want he can get it with 100 percent warranty not like all the other dealers on Garvey that is 50/50. Also he can help you if your have no license and/or if you get paid cash. He can also help in other ways but you go to go in person! Carlos is the best sales man, not pushy or rude and explains everything. Thank you Carlos will definitely tell people about you!

Bad communication, slow responses. Discussed selling a car for a certain price, then come to the paperwork and the car is now priced up 5K and he says he misheard and was never selling it for that price... very disappointed!

Thank you for making my daughters first car buying experience pretty easy! Having not experienced this process before, Carlos kept in constant contact with her as the situation changed, mostly explained the paperwork so she understood, and dealt with her mom (me) over the phone as I live out of state. I’ve always been hesitant about purchasing from smaller car dealerships, however, she seems to have received a great vehicle for a very fair price.
