“IMO people might want to value the long term plusses of the company at least as much as the short term issues. I got a mattress from Flexus a year ago (a dual comfort, which it seems they no longer offer...I thought about buying one for a friend) and it's true that it took longer than I anticipated for it to arrive and they were less communicative than I'd have liked after I ordered, but once the mattress arrived..... fantastic. It's supremely high quality, comfortable, and will last for a couple decades. Do I wish the first six weeks had been better? Yup. Do I regret it a year after purchasing it? Hell no. It's the best mattress I've ever owned.”

“If you're looking for a quality mattress at a great price, amazing customer service and fast delivery then look no further. Let's just say we spent way too much money at "reputable" Ashley's Furniture and with disappointment after disappointment we ultimately cancelled our remaining order for our mattress and purchased ours here instead. Don't expect to see a fancy showroom or anything because it's a warehouse atmosphere but I'll give them our business again any day. Muchas gracias Victor por el excelente servicio!”
