We are lucky to have worked with the BEST sales person Mr David Liu and the BEST finance person Ms Elise Fong on 08/31/2024 when we went to Longo Toyota to lease a Corolla . David is knowledgeable , efficient and extremely friendly . He has our best interest and is always working above and beyond his duties to help the customer . We are so impressed by his willingness to help us get our dream car. We spent 4 hr in Longo and is worth every minute of it since we know David will have our back . We truly appreciate David Liu for his assistance . David is definitely a breath of fresh air - he stands out from all the other pushy salesperson.
Ms Elise Fong is also very patient with us and spent almost an hour to explain the lease terms to us in detail . We appreciate her honesty and especially not pushing all the unnecessary services to increase the lease amount . She only recommended the gap insurance , which is crucial if the car is stolen or crashed by uninsured motorist . Kudos to Ms Elise Fong for her friendliness and her honesty . She talked to us like we are old friends and made us feel so comfortable .
This truly is the BEST buying experiences that I have encountered ! Kudos to both Mr David Liu and Ms Elise Fong !

Very unusual. Despite my having an appointment for a regular 30K service, I had to wait almost 5 hours. Much too long for a regular service WITH APPOINTMENT!
