I'd been extremely frustrated trying to deal with other insurance agencies and been given the run-around, but Brad made things very clear, was a good listener and was very patient in answering all my questions and making any corrections and going to bat for me when I had some discrepancies with the wording of the insurance company's contract. I'm definitely sticking with this company now that I've got such a good agent. He really takes a load off my shoulders. And that you can't put a price on!”
