We loved it! It was a last minute family trip to Cali. This Holiday Inn was very clean, the best stay we have had so far. Thank you for taking pride in the cleanliness!

Hotel was nice as soon as you walk it it’s very beautiful. Service was terrible! I asked for morecoffee supplies & they didn’t show up at all. The next day I asked for more coffee supplies again and I waited more than 2hrs after calling and complaining that I’m STILL waitin & that I called the day before and they never showed up. Wish there was more diversity within the hotel. 95% of the people we saw there were Asian. We definitely felt out of place. Would’ve got 5 stars if there was more diversity, better customer service and better food options.Rooms: Beds were too squeakyFood & drinks: $12.99 for a small pint of ice cream is CRAZY!!! went to the liquor store around the corner & got multiple ice creams, drinks, and chips for that amount. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from their snack machine/store. Their restaurant only provides ASIAN FOOD which is unfortunate for the rest of us. We turned right back around and got some street tacos.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and large.Rooms: Large clean rooms and quiet hotel. Stayed an extra day.Safety: The hotel feels safe. There is a security guard at the front of the hotel lobby, so you have a good piece of mind.

Fine hotel in near a lot of Chinese food.Yeah, you guessed it right, I was here for Chinese foods and boba.The hotel has a dim sum place in first floor.Like for real!

I been here before few days ago, I just wanted to say it was a nice hotel. I loved how they had a free gym and vending machines on each floor so you wouldn’t have to go to the lobby and get food to pay with your debit/credit card. The lobby is very spacious and one thing I didn’t like was limited towels cause there wasn’t much towels in the bathroom when you come in and yes shampoo and hand wash and conditioner and lotion is provided with the brand DOVE. If you want to get food in the hotel in the gift shop room it can get a little pricey like one small container of ice cream was $12. Besides that there is also a gym,resurant,gift shop on the first floor. Besides that great experience! staff was nice as well
