I went there for service after buying a car fromThere other locations I had to wait for hours and the problem still exists they changed my rotars and breaks and failed to look at that it was a wheel bearing very upset be careful and make sure you check everything you will be taking a risk

I will never buy another car from here very bad customer service they tell you all kinds of lies i will never referrer nobody to this dealership i was told my walter that i would be able to get a loaner car unitl mines is ready lies lies and more lies. when i brought the car the light came on right when i left the dealership i only had thia damn car for 2 weeks. i disliked these people don't waste your money they have bad reviews om yeld i should of went somewhere else. i needed a car so bad because mines got stolen so since i went here thinking they were a good dealership and their not i been at this service place since 10 just for them to fix a damn senor problem which shouldn't even took this damn long... bad business and customer service.

I bought a 2018 Kia Optima just about a month ago I'm gonna say about a week into purchasing this piece of shit vehicle I started hearing a rattling noise in the engine and the maintenance light came on I called the dealership in El Monte CA they told me service department only works M-F 8 to 5pm so I took it to get an oil change on my own so they ran the diagnostic that's when I was told the car had bad rotors no oil in the engine needs new brake pads so I finally took it to the dealer to get it repaired they kept the car for one week I called mostly everyday to get status on the repair they kept telling me that they have to wait for approval since it was still under warranty and then the told me they were waiting for the parts so I called and spoke to an Oscar the service advisor then after that couldn't get a hold of him so the customer service agent offered me not to pay the payment if I don't get my car in two days I asked for a loaner funny that after that conversation the next day they called me that the car was ready but they did not fix anything left my car worst then before the brakes are bad the noise their tech states its a high pressure fuel pump and its normal so I recommend not to purchase any vehicle from this dealership they are a bunch of liars now im stuck to repair the brakes with my own money

Don't recommend this place never never never they lied about everything worst dealer to buy a car or get fix a car they berry rude and unprofessional the guy from front desk at service repair worst guy ever seen my life if he don't be dealing with problems why tfuck is he working there everyone at this place and South Gate not recommended never if you Texas don't go tricolor this guy lied about the payments not profesional.No les recomiendo este lugar no son prefecionales no tienes al tencion al cliente nosotros tuvimos un problema desde el viernes el carro ya no lo pudimos poner en park ni en drive ablamos y no pudieron hacer nada no les recomiendo este lugar se tardan para todo pero para el pago lo quieren pronto no recomiendo noooo

La garantía que ofrecen no es buena lleve mi carro por un sonido del motor me dijeron que era una bomba de gasolina de alta presion y que no cubría la garantía y luego para poder comunicarme con ellos fue muy difícil es más nunca hable con los de servicio del taller solo con los de atención al cliente que ni a ellos les contestaban los del taller es decepcionante aparte que los carros están demasiado sobrevalorados un corolla 2024 ya con impuestos y todo anda en 31 mil con todas las garantías de fabrica mantenimientos gratis y un buen servicio al cliente mientras aquí un corolla 2019 con 36 mil millas te lo dan en 29 mil están demasiado inflados los precios y por cierto cuando fui al taller muchas personas dejaban sus carros como que no salen muy buenos que se diga mi consejo es que si van a pagar tanto por un vehículo de preferencia que sea nuevo

Cindy is amazing to work with!! Excellent customer service at Ganas!! My boyfriend went in off a referral from another used car dealership who highly recommended Ganas. Although he was unable to get approved with the down payment he had available, Cindy went out of her way to go above & beyond when working with us to try her best and get him approved for what he needed. She was genuine, professional, and we never once felt judged as you can in some used car dealerships. I would HIGHLY recommend Ganas Auto in El Monte, & ask for Cindy!!

Any questions we had she clearly answered them and went above and beyond to get us approved and get us a reasonable payment and interest rate in this crazy car market. Bought a vehicle a few months ago they promised on WE OWE some window trim to be replaced it took forever for them to schedule me for service when I got there the popped my tire and replaced with an off brand replacement and did absolutely nothing for the vehicle. Added all kinds of charges and didn’t do anything

I took my car in today to get my tires changed out and I was helped right away,they were very informative and productive , a tech named JON took care of my vehicle and was able to work fairly quick,when I got there after check in,my vehicle was taken almost immediately and 30 min later they got the job done.It was quick,efficient, and pain free.Thank you guys !
