The worst place for whatever services they don’t respect customer never on time for nothing even scheduled they don’t respect time I spent eight hours waiting there in two days and they scheduled me at eight when I get there they asked to wait till 10 I’m very disappointed bad services unfortunately I can’t give them zero star

Don't waste your money, my wife bought one and it is causing problems and they don't want to take care of the car even though it is under warranty since the car isn't even a year old and the paint is falling off. You call them and they do nothing.

After trying over 7 different car dealerships and being rejected I went to Ganas Auto in El Monte. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and Santiago was the sales rep that greeted me. I asked him if he wanted me to return the next morning but he insisted on helping me on the spot. We did an extensive inventory search for a vehicle that fit my criteria. I only had a little bit of cash for down payment but Santiago found a way to make it happen and although I ended up having to return the next morning he got me approved and into a 2018 Chevy Equinox. No lie Santiago had to move mountains and and turn water into wine in order for me to get one of my 3 choices of vehicles. There's many cars on the lot and other Ganas locations but I had my mind set on 3 located in El Monte lot. Santiago was thorough and assertive and determined to get me into one of my choices. Now my cherry is busted and I bought my first ever vehicle from an actual dealership. It took patience on my end but I'm super stoked. Thank you to Santiago and his supervisors at Ganas Auto from my heart. ?.

-UNPRECEDENTEDLY TERRIBLE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS ENCOUNTER!
I am utterly revolted and revolted to have been a victim of bias, swiftly brushed aside by the finance manager at this establishment. I arrived at the dealership fully committed to purchasing a vehicle, whether through cash payment or financing, only to be bombarded with a web of deceit concerning the car acquisition process in a blatant attempt to push me towards conducting business elsewhere. She spewed a barrage of demeaning comments. I am left deeply disturbed and on the brink of tears after being callously turned away despite my preparedness with a clear plan and vehicle choice, as she adamantly refused to assist me. I was not allowed the chance to even complete an application.
The initial gentleman who assisted me was incredibly solicitous and empathetic towards my predicament, patiently addressing my numerous inquiries regarding the buying options available for the vehicle.
Her impoliteness manifested in her incessant interruptions of my queries and statements, as she conspicuously talked over me when I sought clarification.
Her prejudiced statements and discriminatory conduct left me feeling as though I had stumbled into a horror, film.
