I tried to drop off a package that contained a large battery and they refused to accept it because they aren't authorized to take hazardous items; I can accept that. They told me that I had to drop it off at the City of Industry location (25 mins away) or call for a pickup.I went to the City of Industry location and they refused it too! Apparently, they only accept FedEx Express packages that have large batteries and my package was a FedEx Ground.I wasn't going to leave a negative review for this place until I drove 25 minutes away to discover that this location gave me bad instructions. The City of Industry location saw the prepaid label and immediately knew they couldn't take it.

Kinkos Fedex overall has the best photo printing over staples, Office Depot etc. I’ve been to all of them and still choose kinkos. It is worth the price. That being said I prefer the Monrovia location. I did not have a good experience on the flair drive location. I got very little help from the staff and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I asked for help printing and they said the machine is over there or something to that effect. I’ve been to other other locations where the staff are much more helpful and are able to walk you through the process. This place was very transactional (not in a good way). If you’re a wiz with a copy machine fine, but if I’m working on a project and need extra help don’t come here.

This is the worst FedEx location. It's almost as if they don't want to work. They love rejecting packages. We've never been able to successfully return any package (that was originally delivered by FedEx and repackaged in the original box) at this location. Even though shipping/return instructions were followed properly, they always come up with some new rule to reject packages. Workers are not knowledgeable about their company. They do not know the answer to any shipping related questions and do not bother to even check. They are just constantly on their cell phones or gossiping with one another. FedEx customer service keeps directing us to this location because it's the nearest one but there appears to be no communication or transfer of information between customer service and physical stores as to what they can or cannot ship. We always end up just going to other FedEx locations that are further away with the same packages and they have always accepted those packages with no problems.

Do not go here. They won’t even fill forms that they suppose to fill. They will ask you to bring in all the forms by yourself which I never experienced at any other Fedex location. The staff is not willing to help from the time you enter the door. If she wasn’t the only person in the store with a uniform on, I would believe she is another customer instead of an employee.

This is for printing services. I used the self print machine, and it worked and was pretty fast. Before hand, I called to ask whether it's functioning, and the person who spoke to me on the phone was very helpful and nice. Also props to FedEx for charging $.19 versus $.24 at Staples, per black and White page. It's still pricey, but still better than staples, although staples uses much thicker paper. One star off because of their limited hours, and they are not open at what is considered normal hours for other printing places. Inside, it's clean, outside on the sidewalk, it's kinda dirty.

Fedex drivers are the worst. During deliveries they block driveways, streets, and park at red curbs. When the violation is pointed out to them they have an attitude about it instead of just apologizing.

The worst center: I asked several times for the package to be delivered before noon on Sunday due to an important commitment in the PM After waiting long times to speak to a representative , who connected to Katie from the customer service resolution center who spoke to Marco who was supposed to contact the manager of the driver all were supposed to call me to give me an update , NO ONE CALLED!!! It is now 12 pm and i have been waiting the whole morning and probably miss my important commitment this PM as my package apparently requires a signature. I have rarely seen so poor customer service. Avoid Fed ex ground if you can by all means ! WHAT A DISGRACE!
