Worst FedEx ever. I will file a law suit towards your company privacy policy. I’m shipping a 2000$ lens to China. The Spanish lady the front said I’m required a EEI Code in order to ship it. But FedEx website there is very clear page of policy said if the item is under 2500$ then I don’t have to provide EEI code. The lady is being very rude and unprofessional and said she is the rules I have to listen whatever she said. The concern I have is if she could do whatever she want to then what if she selling our personal information to scammers? This is against FedEx privacy policy and you will lose TONS of money on lawsuit.

The customer service was ok, not very personable but not unprofessional.This isn’t the employees fault, but FedEx wanted to charge me $180 to deliver a 26 lb package & UPS did it for $105.

Kinkos Fedex overall has the best photo printing over staples, Office Depot etc. I’ve been to all of them and still choose kinkos. It is worth the price. That being said I prefer the Monrovia location. I did not have a good experience on the flair drive location. I got very little help from the staff and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I asked for help printing and they said the machine is over there or something to that effect. I’ve been to other other locations where the staff are much more helpful and are able to walk you through the process. This place was very transactional (not in a good way). If you’re a wiz with a copy machine fine, but if I’m working on a project and need extra help don’t come here.

Excellent service here. It was my first time getting prints done and the workers really helped me out. They were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable of everything I needed. I’ll be coming back if I need more prints for sure

Great customer service! Soon as I entered the store; I was greeted by an employee. I just needed a couple of copies & an employee proceeded to guide me thru the copy machine operation, while a nice young lady issued me a card. I was in & out within a few minutes! GSuperb customer service! Thank You

I dropped off 1 box (prepaid label) this morning and was kindly assisted by a gentleman (young Caucasian male). He was very kind and friendly, made a small talk and asked me how my day was going so far, while helping me with a printed receipt. Last time I was also assisted by him (late afternoon) and he was also kind and courteous.You rarely experience this level of customer service these days!!The other staff did the job OK I guess, got things done but without the small talk so it’s very transactional.Nadia, on the other hand, was sub par like the other reviewers posted. Next time I’ll avoid her.

Don’t come to this place. The staff is very unprofessional. I mail my luggage here and the rule is to put shipping label on the non-telescoping handle. However, one of the staff members tied labels to the telescoping handle in front of me. This resulted in most of my luggage tracking information having a red exclamation mark and saying "shipment exception". This is disappointing and very unprofessional! I don't know what to do with my luggage right now

I need flyers designed and printed, with specific measurements and Jaime and the rest of the FedEx team helped me tremendously to get this important flyer out to my exact specifications. They exceeded my expectations with great recommendations that were cost effective and they were very quick. I had my documents designed and in my hand within 15 minutes.
