An exceptional team at this FedEx Location. Very professional and courteous. I can always expect the best when I visit this location for my shipping and printing needs. Nelly assisted me with my order and was transparent with the progress and changes, which I truly appreciated. Her team kept me updated with any changes and updates and was able to exceed my expectations. I use this location quite often for my business and I am always happy with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I especially appreciate their ability to execute all of my orders seamlessly without any issues. If there is a location that will go above and beyond, it's always this location on Flair Drive.

I went in to print an email and they insisted that I need to print a screen shot. I didn't want a screenshot. She then went on to tell me that I was rainsing my voice. What?

Unprofessional counter staff. Hispanic woman working was more interested in talking about a coffee shop off Castro St with her colleague than helping answer a simple printing question regarding print orientation. Never again !

Dropped off a package & was out in 2 minutes.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION THOUGH. SOMEBODY PUT A TRACKER ON MY VEHICLE. BAD AREA.

I tried to drop off a package that contained a large battery and they refused to accept it because they aren't authorized to take hazardous items; I can accept that. They told me that I had to drop it off at the City of Industry location (25 mins away) or call for a pickup.
I went to the City of Industry location and they refused it too! Apparently, they only accept FedEx Express packages that have large batteries and my package was a FedEx Ground.
I wasn't going to leave a negative review for this place until I drove 25 minutes away to discover that this location gave me bad instructions. The City of Industry location saw the prepaid label and immediately knew they couldn't take it.

Worst FedEx ever. I will file a law suit towards your company privacy policy. I’m shipping a 2000$ lens to China. The Spanish lady the front said I’m required a EEI Code in order to ship it. But FedEx website there is very clear page of policy said if the item is under 2500$ then I don’t have to provide EEI code. The lady is being very rude and unprofessional and said she is the rules I have to listen whatever she said. The concern I have is if she could do whatever she want to then what if she selling our personal information to scammers? This is against FedEx privacy policy and you will lose TONS of money on lawsuit.

The customer service was ok, not very personable but not unprofessional.This isn’t the employees fault, but FedEx wanted to charge me $180 to deliver a 26 lb package & UPS did it for $105.

Kinkos Fedex overall has the best photo printing over staples, Office Depot etc. I’ve been to all of them and still choose kinkos. It is worth the price. That being said I prefer the Monrovia location. I did not have a good experience on the flair drive location. I got very little help from the staff and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I asked for help printing and they said the machine is over there or something to that effect. I’ve been to other other locations where the staff are much more helpful and are able to walk you through the process. This place was very transactional (not in a good way). If you’re a wiz with a copy machine fine, but if I’m working on a project and need extra help don’t come here.

Stopped by to print something from my phone around 5pm today.
3 young lady working their butts ×10. All wr busy with customers at each register/station but that didn't stop them from acknowledging me & helping me out with what I needed. I swear it looked like it was Christmas with non stop bk to bk truck full of packages all sizes rolling in. Great multitasking Ladies.! ???
Oh & there was one young man man as well. He was also BZ loading/unloading. All-round great team work.
I jst couldn't....I was overwhelmed jst standing inside the fedex.

Excellent service here. It was my first time getting prints done and the workers really helped me out. They were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable of everything I needed. I’ll be coming back if I need more prints for sure
