If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service experience ever. Manager Margarita Hernandez is simply unreasonable & refused to assist with a refund. Don’t spend your money here.

My mother and I have been traveling with this company for years, and the office has always treated us good . The driver today was very rude, not only to me but to evebody!!! My mom is 70 years old and I hope nobody treats her as bad as he treated these older passengers...( driver was i believe of Arabic decent). Please have a talk with this gentleman about customer service...thank you.. a loyal customer...

Poca seriedad de esta empresa.Dejaron a mi mamá *señora de la tercera edad, varada en San Isidro, cuando hable me dijeron que me validaban el boleto de regreso o cuando ella quisiera viajar., cuando llegue a la empresa para hacer valido el boleto, la supuesta manager fue grosera y altanera.Tengan cuidado con esta empresa y más si van a viajar personas de la tercera edad.

I have always used this bus line to go to TJ airport but recently the bus drivers have been trying to make more money and try to shake you down for more money and when you ask why it's supposedly a extra fee but they never said anything about charging us for taking a extra bag and never had charge us before in the past so just beware of it before booking

Worst expierence ever, these people just steal your money. The bus left us behind at the immigration office in Mexico when we paid our ticket to the TJ airport. Had to pay greyhound $30 extra dollars to take us to the airport. No usen este servicio el peor que pueda exsisitir.

Been taking several trips in and out of Tijuana, out of all the trips I've taken with Executive Lines, only 1 time did I have a real problem because I got there early as you can get to leave to TJ and the bus arrived 1hr and 30mins late, not good since I had an appointment in TJ within the time frame I would arrived had it left on time. Then to make matters worse, that same day I had to come back and I was ready to take the last bus which was at 5:45pm and I got there thinking ok I'm here early like at 4:30pm and was told the bus left early because it was super packed and they had called it the last bus of the day from there. I was really disappointed but hey, 1st time it happens to me, good thing there are other bus agencies you can talk to and they gave me a ticket that same day and was home actually sooner than expected later. Other than that, been having great experiences with this line.

Had a bit of an issue with a bus ticket that was purchased on December 12, 2020. I show up 6:30 a.m. like I was asked to by the office lady, the office person showed up at 7:45. The first Futura bus showed up at 7:30 and asked if anyone was going to Zacatecas México which was me, they said i wasn't on the list so he leaves the second Futura bus shows up and the driver didn't have my name on his list as well, so then it turned out the bus driver was going to drop me of in Fontana to get on another Futura bus that was going to Zacatecas. It turned out to be the exact same Futura bus driver that arrived first to the El Monte Exclusive Line pick up and told me he didn't have me on his list.WHAT A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EXCLUSIVE LINES AND FUTURA LINE.

For everything that's OUT of their control (traffic, weather conditions, influx of customers ready for travel, and immogration), they make my trips from the San Ysidro border to Ontario enjoyable enough that I've not dreaded travel time since the days O used to drive myself. Awesome!!

The Executive lines associates are not well informer nor professional...the Bus that took my mom was 2 hours late and they just gave me information without proper research. Im gonna find out who tp call to report them. This is a persons life were talking about becareful people your family members could disapear and tgese people would not know what happened or would be able to give proper information.
