Very bad customer service, they take all your information wrong and put it however they want, and if you tell them to fix the mistakes that they themselves made, they get upset and don't help you at all, the only thing they care about is selling cars, without a doubt. Regardless of whether the clients' information is good or bad, it doesn't matter to them, at least as a client I will not return due to very bad attention and bad service, they are very arrogant

Took my car in because I have life time oil changes and two days later ac is not working! Not cold at all! I almost feel like they do things on purpose to get u to spend money there! And I feel they treat u different when they know u don’t! I’ve only had the car for eight months.. I shouldn’t have any problems at all with this car!

I do not recommend that you take your car to that dealer, especially to service, they are thieves and they are not professionals, they do not know how to repair cars. Be careful.

I was in the market to buying a new car, and I was set on a new Honda CRV- Hybrid sport touring. This is also my first Honda- I previously owned Kias, and had become disappointed at the lack of longevity despite taking care of the car with scheduled maintenance and following recommended repairs Of the various Honda dealerships I was in communication with, Car Pros Honda had the BEST customer service from the get go. I communicated what type of deal I wanted with "Teddy" ( I don't remember his actual name, that was how he introduced himself, and I later found out it's a nickname given at work). He also communicated with the sales manager Alex, and they were able to make the deal I wanted. Of course, this is before I got to finance, which I was fully aware of. Even Christian (Chris) in finance was great to work with. All in all, even though the idea of having a car payment again was a bitter pill for me to swallow, the good thing about all is how they treated me as a customer.
I was also honest with them in having seen some of negative google reviews regarding sales, most particularly individuals who wrote in their reviews that they had to bring the car back a few days later. I inquired as to common reasons why that might happen, and they did not hesitate to respond the situations in which that does happen.
In short, it's not their fault as the dealer, as this can happen at most dealerships. So if you have very poor credit, or have not established credit and you're car shopping with intent to finance, you should go during the week and during business hours when banks are still open. If you go when they are closed for the day or on the weekend, and you get a "conditional approval," that does NOT mean your auto loan has been approved.

An absolute joke and the most outlandish and disgusting pathetic excuse for a car dealership. Quite frankly I’m in shock that a place like this is allowed to do business with the hard working Americans families in the Area., Omar and his colleagues are an absolute joke and are disgraceful and disturbing car buying excuses are appalling to say the least.. please read this review and save yourself the anguish the stress and the remorse of doing business with this place a buyer beware type of place.. please heath this warning and walk in at your own risk
If you have walked in please look elsewhere to do business with and not at this place..

I hate this dealership. Went in because of AC issue, they had my car for over a week and still did not fully fix the issue. There’s also a recall on another part in the AC they didn’t fix even though they were already in there and the real kicker for me was all the parts in my car just left a mess. The covers weren’t placed back and it’s ridiculous.

Danny was awesome! This dealership is A+ for sales. Treated with great respect and had plenty of inventory for us to look through!

Terrible service, they told me and my husband that with a down payment of 1200 dlls they would approve us for a used 2016 Honda Odyssey we made an appointment with Cristian, we arrived the very day and Cristian was not there and they lied to us, they told us that it was always not possible when from the beginning we they said yes. They just fooled us, they wasted our time and they are not honest at all, they do not look for a way to help you.

I took my pilot truck in for service because the sensor on one of the belts does not recognize when it is being used and beeps all the time. I was told it could be liquid that was spilled on the belt and I would possibly have to pay $250. The truck is relatively new, it has approximately 6000 miles and I don't usually drink fluids in the car. Apparently they checked the truck and told me it didn't have any problems, but when I left the dealer the problem continued. I tried to call the manager of the service department, Mr. Rigo, who never answers the calls or messages I have left him. It really has been terrible customer service since I suspect that they never checked the truck because if so they would have realized that there is a problem with the seat belt. They had her for more than 3 hours and didn't check her. Terrible service .
