Took my jeep here to get repaired through Kemper insurance, I searched it on my own. They referred me to a car rental that’s nearby. They were all helpful and communicated on the status of my car and any updates, whole process took a week from getting my car in, approval from
Insurance and ordering the part. Very happy with the service ! I would recommend to anyone to come here! They’re a wonderful family !
Also, if you do go through insurance make sure you are constantly reaching your adjuster! It’s a pain to even get a response.

Thier customer service is excellent...Honest, timely and knowledgeable and they help you to understand the step by step process with insurance etc....Great quality I definitely recommend them if you have been in an accident and need your car fixed

Very good place to take your car or truck to fix it. Personally, they left it very convenient for me and it hasn't given me any problems and also the staff treats you like family and if I recommend it, friend, take your race cars ok

They did a great job on my car. I got rear ended and it was pretty bad, whole bumper had to be replaced. I saw this shop and decided to go here. We know car collision can be a hassle but the staff here made me feel my car is in good hands. Paula is very accommodating as soon as I enter the door, she made me feel welcomed not like some others. Also, Luis explained everything with what’s going on and the costing. My car’s like brand new again. Everyone’s noticing how beautiful she is. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

view so many positive reviews that i felt confident & comfortable leaving my car in their care. took my car for estimate, was greeted by luis & his sister veronica , luis explained their process & their responsibilities !!!! also met their older brother sal !! love a family owned business - that runs smoothly !!! the morning left my car sal used their shuttle vehicle to take me home am a senior citizen who greatly appreciated that customer service . luis e-mailed me at each step of repairs. had many bad experiences in the past ! thank god not this time !! when my car was ready it's released after a car wash. i was blessed bringing my car here !!!! & their customer service is like no other 've ever experience !!

I wanted to say I am very satisfied with their service. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed. I also wanted to take some time to say their receptionist Paula was amazing!! I’m all about customer service and she is hands down the best. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave she has a smile and is just in great spirits. She made sure I felt comfortable and work with me through all my concerns. She was also pleasant over the phone. I wish more businesses had a Paula. Definitely a great person.

I had the best experience after getting into a major car accident last month, glad a friend referred me to this place!!!! I have Allstate insurance and they contacted them and handled everything for me, the office manager Paula is amazing! The quality of work was outstanding and my vehicle was left as if nothing had happened. I would definitely recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

Great service!!! I gave them my 2010 Honda Civic with some sun damage. The Manager Luis went above and beyond and was able to repaint the whole car and redo the tint. My daughter was so excited since it was her graduation present. Thank you, El Monte Collision Center!

I was disappointed with the customer service, I don't know if the employee was having a bad day but he was rude. I will not recommend this place and honestly I rather seek services somewhere else.
