They changed from a full-service car wash to an automated drive through. Before the change I was a regular customer. No more. They deny it, but I had no scratches in my car when I went through. That's not the case now. I filled out their incident form, and they promise to get back to me within 48 hours. We will see.

I live nearby and love coming here for a express car wash, convenient for nearby residents, they have different prices starting at $7 and free vacuuming

I went for the car wash and I was content with the results. I was happy about the vacuums though! I have a double coated long hair dog and the vacuums did a good job in getting most of the dog hair out of my car! The employees are very nice and welcoming.

I go here for Gas all the time for the past 5 years I want to say. They steady have the most worst costumer service ever’ their staff sucks’ all day every day. They always have new different cashiers because they always need to hire new staff and I wonder why’!????? It always sucks to go in there say hi ask please and then pay say thank you’ I appreciate your help’ have a good day and then get no response back and after still feel like your bothering someone for service. Not right’ their AIR and Water never works but always takes my money and I kindly ask for help and they just ignore me all the time and tonight was not an exception.

I've been here a few times but I've held off from leaving a review to see if things improved.I'm leaving 2 stars cause the guys working on the cars do a good job and deserve some acknowledgment. That being said, the ladies that work inside are very unpleasant and lack customer service skills. A smile and customer acknowledgement goes a long way. The establishment also does not offer cash back to be able to tip after services.Terrible! Smh... Won't be coming back here again

Nice convenient store and good car wash. Just watch out for the local tweakers and gang members. They will rob you or ask for money.

after going through the car wash the guy who is supposed to wipe down the car throws a rag at my car and tells me to do it myself. im like "what did i do?" im not coming back here. nope.

I caught them not putting my filter on my car once. Went home and changed it myself. Went back 2-3 months later for another oil change and filter swap. They changed my oil and didnt change the filter again. It's okay if you can't but how are you going to look at me in my eyes as a man and tell me a lie?

Expensive, I paid $137 for oil change and carwash, much to wish with the service, was only one guy detailing the cars and the work does not worth the price, I got better service for the half of the money in Downey Hand Carwash

I really like how the crew of guys wash my car! They're nice and friendly and they leave my car spotless. HOWEVER, the one downside is the cashiers. They're just plain rude. Some customer service skills are definitely needed.

I was in need of an oil change bad. I came to this place. I had my oil, filter, and crush ring already. I gave them the parts n they said they will use them. I jacked up my car of recent only to find a really old filter that was not the one I gave them. I brought in Subaru oil, Subaru oil filter(blue filter), and Subaru crush ring. I don't know if these "technicians" took my parts (not worth much), forgot, or were just lazy. Never coming here again. Sucks that you try to give local businesses/people a chance, n this is the work they do. Beware...of them "CHAFAHHHing" your vehicle or Mickey mousing your parts . I would not trust these people at all.
