I got a smog and they charged me $10 or $20 extra because my "monitors" were on. I spoke to my smog friend and he said that's a lie. They also do illegal smog here, and they wanted to do that but my engine light stayed off. I want by $10 or $20 back or I'll have to report to the BAR.
