Been here 4 times to pick up cabinetry and all 4 times they have messed up the order.
Aftert the 2nd time I realized it was them and asked them for help with the missing pieces. Of course they refused and I had to pay more money.
3rd and 4th time I caught it at the yard and got them to fix it.
Not very bright people

Got our quartz here, plenty of choices and they have some designs I don't normally see anywhere like Bellingham FUSION so that's what I chose. It perfectly blends with aesthetics of our home. Everyone here is accommodating and AJ was able to hold our order as long as we needed since it took us time to decide on backsplash. They recommended VICTOR as installer and we are happy with the result, he helped us meet our labor budget and he didn't mind working even when it's raining just so he can finish on time. He even saved us delivery fee for those big slabs since he volunteered to pick them up from the store to our home. Feels at peace knowing that someone who does job for your home actually cares/listens.

Good quality cabinets for the price. I think if you want better you would call a cabinet maker. Better quality than Home Depot for sure off shelf.
Don't use the brackets always screw in place and use glue.

Don't be fooled, these cabinets are garbage. Probably the lowest quality I've seen...Look how its held together with these ugly junk brackets. The paint inside is so thin you touch it abd it comes off.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO THROW JUNK IN A HOUSE TO FLIP...

I would not buy flooring from this company. I bought laminate floors from their El Monte warehouse a few years back and have regretted it ever since. The laminate floors were made from China and they were ok in the beginning but started creaking every year and have gotten worse like they are about to break. I can't even walk around now without them creaking and I have little kids in the house. I thought I got a good deal but I plan on replacing these next year.

We were prepared to drive to city of industry when be found out that they had a new location in North Hollywood. We arrived at the location and we regretted with friendly staff members. Very helpful, nice quality. Better than Lowes in stock cabinets... these cabinets don't come assembled so assembly is required. I actually assembled them all myself and hired someone for the install. Make sure your measurements are correct. Easy to return or exchange when product is in box. No refund for a cabinet that's already been assembled.

We were looking to change out our old kitchen cabinets after we experienced water leak damage to our lower cabinets. I checked out other places for cabinet quality and price. ECS not only had good prices, the quality of their RTA cabinets were as good or better than the cabinets at already assembled stores. I worked with the staff at ECS city of industry, I gave the measurements of my kitchen walls and they came up with a 3D image of my kitchen. We bought the cabinets, handles, and under mount sink and the quartz countertop. AJ and Jeiro were so helpful, I definitely recommend this company. They also have independent installers they can recommend.
